Travel Frustration
Thursday, Dec 27, 2007 3:40AM / Standard Entry
Since Christmas travels only happens once a year, it is easy to forget about how frustrating it is to travel.
My passport expired in 5 and 1/2 months, and I was told that we need 6 months of validation to enter HK. So naturally I had to go to the passport agency. The trouble was that I found this out 20 days before I had to take off to HK. Naturally I called the passport agency. They told me to call back in 14 days and I would make an appointment and everything would be peachy. Come 14 days before the flight I didn't get an appointment. After being on the phone for hours on end, I finally got a hold of a passport agent who said that I should just wait till 7 days before my flight, and I would deffidenlty get my passport.
7 days before I call, SF is booked up and they aren't taking anyone till the new year. Now I'm mad, I call the passport, and for some reason all they can arrange is for me to go to LA to get my passport. Finally as I get to the post office so I can mail and expedite the passport I have a lady who works for the passport agency help me at the post office. She told me all I had to do was drop off the passport at the agency, since I already paid for another passport.
On Friday 5 days before my flight, I finally get a call from these bastards saying that I can't get a passport untill the 26th (the day of my flight). So I get my passport back and say hell lets risk it.
Luckily I called Cathay Pacific, and the rule isn't that we need 6 months to get into HK, but 1 month after your leaving date in HK. My mother's travel agent is an idiot, and contributed to my headache of a passport. Mind you, it is my fault in the first place that I had waited so long to get my passport.
Well now I'm finally at the airport, and I have to say, it's good to be leaving. Airport and airport security is Bull Shit!
I'm a little bitter that I can't bring my bloody water on the flight! The US is CRAZY. If you wear flip flops you have to take them off at the check out line. Why oh why? Cause of terrorists. George Orwell would laugh his ass off if he knew that we were sacrificing our freedom "in the name of freedom." Hey after all Peace is War in America. As long as we are flighting the good fight keeping our own soil safe we are good, or are we. Something needs to be done! Our freedoms are being taken away from us. Yeah sure it is just on planes, but what is next.
Airport food have been reported to have constipation components in them so that people don't hold up the toilets. How fucked up is that! How free are we, when we have to get a passport to travel, buy overpriced airport water. Are we really free or is this all an illusion?
Happy Holidays Everyone, Keep the dream alive and think about what we can change!
Next year is a new year, lets give the truth a run for its money!

One Final Thing
Tuesday, Dec 11, 2007 3:29AM / Standard Entry
The Last Two posts were rebuttals to a unpleased comment. This is my final point on this topic.
I cannot control how you or anyone in the world takes what I say. I can however tell you that you have full control of these things. I wrote my following blog, not to offend anyone. And in fact I made sure to say that I aim to only protest the institution of conventional medicine. If you take that personally that fault is not on my head but yours. Much like a person in a dysfunctional relationship who believes that their partner will change. It is that person's fault for creating a disillusion.
My aims to blog on the topics I am passionate about is to shine light on my beliefs. A blog after all is a way for a person to express themselves. As an entrepreneur I believe in supporting small start up companies. I also believe in fair wages, and ethical practices. Something that I feel the medical institution lacks. Just talk to any nurse and you'll see how ethical the medical industry is to the very people that are the backbone of the industry. But, not all entreprenures have this point of view. This is why "Social Entrepreneurs" were born. My goal as an entrepreneur isn't to make money so I can be greedy and spend loads of money. But, to make a difference and help those who are helpless. But not in a Christian missionary, or western way. But, I like to help those who are in need and want help (there is a huge difference). I support Doug Kofman and his book because I believe in supporting the businesses that are ethical. Since I don't believe that the Pharmaceutical industry is ethical I don't support them. It is that simple. But, since I have freedom of speech, and I once was ignorant to this subject, I write.

This video is from an old blog that I had posted. It is this video as well as countless of other books, videos, and documentation, that I have formulated my opinion on "conventional medicine"
As far as life expectancy goes, I think our points were just reiterated. Our model for life expectancy is not measured well because of the skewed results in the past. If we look historically again we can see that the Hunza Indians would live to 120 or older, and at 99 still had erectile function. These tribes all sited by Westin A. Price in the early 20th century. Price found that these cultures didn't have a word for heart disease of cancer because it did not exist. This was in the 20th century, so it was prevalent that cancer didn't always exist. But the common knowledge of today is "cancer always existed we just didn't know what to call it." It is my personal research and belief that cancer and heart disease didn't truly exist until the western diet was spread. That would be a diet of white flour, table salt (not sea salt), sugar, and processed/pasturised milk.
I don't think I jaded the medical industry, I think they jaded others. But thats just my opinion.
Oh and the massive gang wars, wars, and brutality of the past (i.e. stabbing, whipping, punching, slapping, cutting, etc.) was most diffidently a cause for infectious disease. Open wound= more susceptible to infectious disease. As well as poor hygiene.
I trust eastern medicine over west just because it is way more holistic and looks at the root of the problem. The western philosophy seems to be just to mask the symptoms and the problems go away. Its a philosophy not only in medicine, but in social practices as well. If we really wanted to get to the root, we would shop locally, compost our food, and only buy what we need. But, that wouldn't support a capitalist society. Not to mention that eastern medicine has developed for nearly 5000 years where as western medicine has less then half to match up.
Momdoc dismissing my blog was a bit personal, and thus resulting in a verbal jousting of blogs. You are entitled to your opinion, as I am entitled to mine. All a person's research is, is their ego presented in scientific form. Humans are the ones who set things as right and wrong credible or non credible. The desire to be the "right" or "wrong" is purely ego. For any 10 arguments that you have against me I can also present 10 arguments against you. It is all relative. Both parties have egos otherwise there wouldn't be a disagreement.
My last two comments obviously offended you, but again, what is perceived by one is not perceived by another.
It is therefore I have to say I agree to disagree on this topic. There is a fair difference between fighting dirty like children or fighting fair like adults. Adults always know when to stop and fight fair. Since I consider myself to be an adult, I will have to Agree to Disagree.

Whats the point of a blog?
Monday, Dec 10, 2007 2:38PM / Standard Entry
I had some great feedback on the last blog. I even had a rebuttal blog from a Med student. First and foremost, I would like to clarify what I am saying. What I aim to insult and shine light to is not the individuals, but the institution or philosophy of the Medical industry. As for doctors in the institution, I bow to them. I think that the majority of these people go into this institution because they seek out to help the massive population. However, I still have to disagree with the philosophy and direction at which our medical institutions are going.
As I have said many times our "health care" is not really health care but "sick care." If it were truly health care we wouldn't be spending billions of dollars in cancer research studying those with cancer, but how to prevent cancer (by studying those who don't have cancer). Wait, there is an excuse! Yes, now it is due to genetics. As you recited in your blog, heart disease and cancer were not the killers of the 19th century and before. Instead it was infectious disease, which was predominantly caused by war fare, be it gorilla or combat.
As for vaccinations. The following is a powerful documentary put together by the precious MD and researchers who originally were for Vaccinations. This is a whole other blog entry to which I would love to touch on another time. For now you can know that I will diffidently not vaccinate my children, despite what our precious government enforces. Others in my field have already done so, with their kids healthier then all other kids in their schools.

Lewis Pasture the man who made his mark in discovering the germ and ways to kill it admitted on his death bed that pasteurization was a mistake. Why oh why was it a mistake? Because germs fight other germs, so killing off all germs is what causes super germs. A little regurgitation of what you said about the over prescrīption of Antibiotics.
As for life expectancy. How we have measured life expectancy in the past was to include the birth fatality, and war fatality rate. Which if you studied history (which is also research) one would know there were many more deaths due to war in he past then in our current state of being. Not to mention the number of people who literally survive on perscrīption pills, and can't conceptualize what life really is. I believe it was Rudolf Steiner the man who started Bio Dynamic Farming, Waldorf Schools, and created Anthroposophy who said "Humans are dead by the time they are 35, from then on they are just walking Corpses." What he meant was that our current society is so unhealthy that they do not really function after 35, they are just waiting to die. A rather gloom way of looking at things, but the man meant it because of the health of our current generation.
My end is to say to you that I have done my research. But I don't research from Medical institutions because I don't trust them. I get my research from people like Dr. Westin A Price, Rudolf Steiner, Candice Pert, Sir Alfred Howard, Lady Eve Balfour, Doug Kofman, Francis Pottenger, and more. These were all voices of people who discovered something great, and presented it to the Medical industry to only get spat on by them. Why? Because it corrupted the very system that they use. The very chemical industries that are poisoning our food own our pharmaceutical industry. And as you recited businesses want to make money. What I am telling you is that the medical institution does not make its money keeping people healthy they make their money keeping people sick. This cycle of death is the very fact that if we really did care about the health of man kind we would stop Monsanto and all of the rest of the chemical industry. But we can't because Monsanto has their hand in the pharmaceutical industry. Which as you and I both know run the Medical Institution. Without meds doctors would no longer doctors. And if we really want to help keep people healthy it starts with the soil not a bloody pill.
The title of this blog is "What is the point of a blog." To me it is to strike interest and open eyes of those who are not exposed to this information. Let me ask you how many people read JAMA who are not MD's, not many! At least not many that are on this site. I merely aim to open people's eyes. So I apologize if I don't feel like putting exact references, I'm blogging not writing a peer reviewed article. When I blog, I use common sense. Something research does poorly otherwise the psychological industry wouldn't be considered the but crack of the medical industry.
Again, I don't disrespect or denounce any Medical Practitioner. But I can question the philosophy of allopathic medicine. http://www.mercola.com/townofallopath/townofallopath.htm

A Play on Health
Sunday, Dec 9, 2007 9:36AM / Standard Entry

It is funny to think that we always think that we are living in a better world then it was before. I would have to say that it is extremely optimistic, and I am happy that we do think the world is a better place. However, I have to argue that we as humans and a society often have the wool pulled over our eyes. So much of the population has remained ignorant. It makes one wonder "Is the world really a better place?"
One of the biggest reason why things are not the way they seem has to do with the health industry. Like I have a mentioned many times. Our industry is not a health care industry but a sick care industry. One of the most deceptive and twisted things we are marking in our society is the damning of Cholesterol. And for those of you out there who study conventional medicine, I am talking about both LDL (known as the bad cholesterol) and HDL (known as the good cholesterol) as both being good.
Why oh why are these fats good and good to have in ones diet? Because they aid in the production of steroid hormones in our bodies. This means that these fats or properties of fat create our sex hormones. With the destruction or lowering of cholesterol we lower our sex drive. Something fishy is going on with this one.
Often times people are put on cholesterol lowing drugs, when their cholesterol is perfectly normal. What was once 220 is now 200 and it is now a matter of time before the TCL (total cholesterol level) is lowered again. If we look at our adds for cholesterol lowering drugs we will find that in fine print the add will always say "Cholesterol has not been proven to lower the risk of heart attack." It is for this reason why I ask, why are we concerned about cholesterol?
The over hype of this "disease" is only the start. Like I said before, when cholesterol is lowered our sex hormones go down. This causes depression, low sex drive, mood swings, and oh yes erectile dysfunction. So we have created a nice formula for making the drug industry fat and happy. With just lowering a person's cholesterol they have gotten the massive population on three or more drugs.
The Real Solution
It is easy to say that we have a sick society, without presenting a solution. Our problem is that we present a pretty poor solution. Not only is it false, it is hurting and making our diseased state worse. The average person would like to think that we will live to 100 easily, but the sad truth, is our life expectancy is on the decline.
The popularity of Organic foods and alternative medicine is growing every year. This is because people are starting to get some sense knocked into them. We realize that we can't treat everything with pills and surgery. Often times we need to get to the root of the problem.
I often times find that the root of the problem have to do with bacteria and fungi in the gut. This in tern also affects the emotional and hormonal balance. You'd be surprised to find that most of the population have a fungal or parasite imbalance. It is normal to have both of these substances in ones body, but there is a good to bad ratio of 80 (good)/20 (Bad). But in our current condition of health it is now 20 (Good)/80 (Bad).
I'm sure everyone wanted to know that their gut is crawling with parasite. Yummy! Detoxes often do help eliminate these organisms, but now a days there is other necessary actions. Often times these parasites and fungi are the cause of Cancer, MS, Heart Disease, etc.
Why doesn't the main stream media know about this? Because the medical industry makes far too much money pushing pills, injections, and surgery. For more on this read Doug Kofman's book The Fungal Link.

Giving During the Holiday
Thursday, Dec 6, 2007 9:01AM / Standard Entry
I just realized the other day that Christmas is only a few weeks off! I had the weekend to stop and reflect upon my year. Life in a city moves so fast, that we have little time to appreciate the past. Christmas is always symbolic to every individual even those that are not Christian celebrate something of the sort. I started to wonder why is this? So first I am going to write little interesting factoids about this hyped holiday. Then I'm going to present a very persuasive suggestion on a Christmas gift.
A few years ago the origin of Christmas came into perfect clarity to me. Traditionally we are taught that Christmas is commonly Jesus Christ's B-day, but alas it isn't. In fact senior Jesus's B-day happens to be in Spring, somewhere close to Easter. So why oh why do we celebrate "Christmas?" The winter solstice happens on the 21st of every year. To attract the Pegan religions or worshipers, it was much easier to convert the winter solstice to be a few days later and call it Christmas. Most if not all religions and cultures have some sort of winter celebration to inagurate the winter. If we didn't do this most of our workers would go mad due to the lack of celebration.
Celebration of course is the way humans relieve themselves from all of the work that we do. If we had no celebrations, feasts, get together we would not be as affective of workers. The structure of a holiday like Christmas is to keep us in order and allow us to celebrate together. Like anything there is a yin and yang. Most of all of us are not really Christian, but yet celebrate Christmas. We have a Christmas Tree which, has nothing to do with the birth of Jesus, but it has everything to do with winter. This symbol of a winter celebration by Pegans. I believe it was originally an Oak Tree that is being worshiped.
This symbol and religious icon can bring joy into quite a few people's lives. Think about it, it is for some a living plant that is in ones house. It gives off an aroma that is lovely and we often attach certain emotions such as "love" (well what we know as love) to this fragrance. Even those that get a fake tree can have decorations, lights and something else that can give light to ones life. But man oh man, do we wast a shit load during Christmas. The tree is thrown away, the wrapping paper, boxes, bags, etc. These are all wasted.
Christmas holiday has become one of the most wasteful holidays known to man. We act like we haven't wasted enough, and we are trying to catch up for the lac of waste that we partake in, in a year. How do we waste less? Lets use news paper, paper bags, recycle our cards or at least buy recycled paper. The gesture of giving is a great one (the yin to the yang), but man oh man, lets do it less wastefully. The tree itself is wasted and this symbol is something that need not be wasted. Buy a live tree that can be replanted. Then replant this tree in your back yard, or front yard, or give it to someone to plant. These trees provide oxygen and joy to many, they don't belong in a landfill.
Like I said giving is great, and I have found the perfect gift if you are trying to give something with the $400 range. A computer! Yes a computer for only $400, Laptop no less. Watch the video for questions. You can buy a computer for yourself, and it will go to a child that is less fortunate then you. If you don't want the computer you can give that computer to another child as well. Wow to think we can even waste less by giving. I mean lets be honest we all have way too much shit! Why not give that shit to someone else and not dump it!

Above is an actor that is in a hit TV show Heroes. I have to say this is one of the few TV shows that I actually watch, but yet I still don't have a TV. Amazing what technology brings. I feel like this show is a giant metaphor for our society and those of us that are in the know.

I originally entered into the health filed to help people. Now I realize that it is not just people that we need to help it is the Earth that we need to help.
I coach individuals to become healthy, look beautiful, and perform better. I do this not because it is a popular industry, but because it is necessary in todays world.
In today's society our logic has been switched and turned upside down. How? you might ask. Look at how we treat our celebrities and others who are idolized. People with money and people who are popular are just people. People who are just as confused about life as every other individual. Do these people know how to take care of themselves? Like you or me they learn from others and ultimately themselves. Always remember the greatest teacher isn't another individual it is yourself. If everyone understood this we would not have so many problems in the world. War would not be an answer because war is just us fighting with ourselves.
To me our creativity is how we become who we are. We are all creative and we all create, so why not create for the health and success of the individual and the world.
