Someone told me I should remember this year's moon festival, I guess so. This is the first moon festival and I hope is the last moon festival I spent alone in Taiwan. For the 4 days long weekend, I went our for dinner, movie, gym, and even visited a local fortune teller - ok, I can explain later, quite occupied but still very bored. I am not a party and clubbing animal, so most of my free time I go to gym or simply stay at home for TV.
OK, the fortune teller bit, I paid 4200NT dollar for something around 30 mins consultation from a 50s old lady, an appointment is needed. So I went there, an apartment in downtown area, and waited 10 mins before we were invited into a consultation room, where the master held a piece of printed paper and told me something not really new compared to what I heard before from other fortune tellers, like the one in Singapore. She said I'd better stay where I am at the moment till next year, and I should seek my life far away from where I was born, and if I would have the chance, I should have 2 sons, and 6 daughters, hmm,, good she didn't put it straight that I would have at least 2 wives like the Singaporean said.
So, that is why I should remember this 4 days long weekend?
