Bunnies!

We have two new bunnies, inherited from a friend who couldn't cope with five, they are two boys and at the moment they are in the living room because their run hasn't arrived yet and I don't want to leave them in the hutch all day.

This is Ted Baker (named by my friends teenage daughter)

And this is Bonnie (they thought he was a girl), Eva likes their names so Ted Baker and Bonnie it is. They are very sweet but I hope I can move them to the garden soon!

Inauguration Photo's

My Aunt's friend who works in Washington took these photo's at the inauguration from her office window during the walk about.

It must have been increadibly exciting to be there, we were in Florida just before the election and he was speaking in Kissimmee, we were going to go but then we realised he wasn't speaking till 10pm and we couldn't take Eva so we didn't go, I would have loved to have heard him speak.

I've loved this band for about 15 years now but this is the first chance I've had to see them live, they played at the weekend in a club in London and it was so much fun, well worth waiting all these years. This is 'So Long Toots'.

Eva At The HarVest Festival

This is Eva's class singing at the Harvest Festival, she's middle of the back row, she really enjoyed it but she does have a slightly wobbly moment at the begining when she realise's she's the only one doing the arm movements.

This is my dad (on Clarinet) and his band at this years Jazz Festival in London, playing It 'Don't Mean A Thing If It Ain't Got That Swing', this was a few weeks before my dad had his triple by-pass so understandably he didn't feel he played his best, but I still thought he sounded great!
