Finished my competition on the first day of the National Wushu Championship. Even though a lot people say I did well, I am not really happy with what I did on that day.

8.50... 4th.

武坊测试 - 8.40

今天武坊有武术测试，原本是要帮忙的不过不知为什么我也测了。

打了一套竞赛枪，还好。但没发挥啊。。。。

栏拿扎，想做好，不过不知道为什么，打了一塌糊涂。
体力方面也不是很好。

我需要再加油！

Oh yea, just to mention, Amos, Jasper and the new China guy did quite well today! Good job!

中学练武其实一点也不轻松

中学练武其实一点也不轻松。。。

今天我再回到我的中学练武术（对练），宏伟带队，带踢腿。。。喔！一点也不轻松，一个腿法踢4遍（8次）。。。好累好累啊。。。不过也是我的不好，太久没这样练了！

过后练了对练，进展很好！哈哈。。。不过我早走了因为我和我的朋友要看少林少女
