5 ELEMENTS COOKING?

Does anyone familiar with cooking using taoist concept like the 5 elements? I have a book about it and is very interesting. However I'm not much of a cook and not good around the kitchen. I ask this because I'm planning to build a boutique resort/spa in the Phillippines. I'm thinking 2009 cause I'm still saving money. This is going to be a totally holistic experience. I plan to teach free qigong classes and offer spa treatment like massage therapy both in Filippino Hilot & Thai. I've been thinking of a small cafe/rest. idea too but it all depends on what I can offer and who I can find. So give me a buzz if you are interested!!!!
