Happy times in Sydney~!

Hi Guys~! I'm currently at home in Sydney 'recharging' my soul and am so happy to be able to spend time with my family once again~!!!

On my flight, I enjoyed some yummy hot chocolate...

and watched 2 1/2 movies...Don't you hate it when it's nearing the end of the movie and it looks like you're about to make it and watch it to completion...when....the endles announcements start interupting you?!?!? ARghh....Nevermind...will be watching the end of 'The Proposal' with my girlfriends Wednesday night after a lamb roast dinner~!!!

My trips home are always filled with QT family time and ofcourse, my favourite foods!!! I've already clocked a few of the 'must haves' which include:

1) Best tasting and freshest YUM CHA at the newly opened dimsum place at the Sydney Fish Markets! Two of my favourite Sydney food hits in ONE spot, HEAVEN~!!!

Yummy 'Har Gau' (Prawn Dumplings) in the bottom of picture~!!! I ate about 5 myself!

YumCha in Sydney still tastes the best to me because I feel the ingredients inside the things such as prawn dumplings are fresher and that's really important! I don't like to bite into suspect, mushy fillings that are nowadays commonly imported from...um...'other countries'.

I also enjoy it more when my dimsum is served from the traditional push-carts...it completes the whole experience! I really don't like to order it off a 'tick' page/menu...

My other favourite thing I always OD on when in Sydney - - - lots and lots of OYSTERS~!!!

I can eat about 2-3 dozens of these~!!! *slurp!*

Yes, very ironic that YumCha is much better is Sydney that what I've had in HK. Its because alot of the top chefs left HK prior to '97 and settled here in Australia. You should see the magic they can do on crabs and lobsters!!! THE BEST Lobster e-noodles.

Not only YumCha, even Vietnamese is better here in Sydney, Lebanese Kebabs, not to mention meat pies etc...along with many others~!!! ; )

People in NY were expecting me to say that Dim Sum in HK is much better, but I prefer it outside HK too. Ironic.

Fried Taro!!!! My favorite and yet so hard to find in HK. I had a bunch of that in the states.

Model and actor Grace Huang (黃芝琪) grew up in Sydney, Australia where she started her modeling career at age 16 during high school. Grace took Taiwan’s modeling scene by storm when she started visiting during school vacations for jobs - scoring numerous campaigns and television commercials such as Vidal Sassoon, Quaker Oatmeal, Tempo, Dr. Pepper, Sifone, Canon, Neutrogena and Taiwan Mobile.

Grace’s popularity lead to being the love interest in F4’s ‘Ask for More’ Pepsi television commercial and also Eason Chan’s love interest in music videos 低等動物 and 不如這樣 from his 反正是我 (It’s me Eason) Mandarin album. Grace also acted a major role alongside Andy Lau in his ‘A Better Day’ Music Love Story. 劉德華『美麗的一天』A Better Day中文專輯音樂愛情故事.

Next, Grace took on the challenge to act in the Golden Bell 金鐘獎 award winning TV Show 名揚四海 “Friends”. As the main character “Gigi”, Grace blew away audiences with her ability to act in Mandarin and her flexibility as a first-time actor.

Never one to shy away from taking risks, Grace took a sabbatical and moved to Manhattan New York, working in marketing communications and experienced life away from the entertainment scene…
