晚餐，吃葡菜。來花道，因為吃的是Chef Luis特別設計的wine pairing晚餐。 菜式精緻而味道及口感配撘同樣出色，脆蝦配上紅椒醬汁，牛柳則跟月桂蒜蓉牛油汁配合得很好。還有燉牛肚及慢煮豬頸肉，以焦糖香蕉批作結，恰到好處。 這夜未完，因為還要去吃宵夜。

KC濠江美食團第一撃，一行14人來了新濠峰的天政，找大廚野口師傅親手主理的天婦羅會席宴。 用上的當然是最時令的食材，東京灣的小牛鰍、北海道的蜂斗菜花，當然少不了師傅的拿手紫菜海膽卷，及最難得的真鯛白子。最後來個海膽炸蝦餅飯，滿意滿意。 大廚野口師傅還即席傳授烹調天婦羅的技巧。由真·著名博客 Horlick 代表大家學習，據云還做得有板有眼。 野口師傅即場評分：90分。 現在各團友正休養生息，回氣為今晚的晚宴。
