  So yeah - it's been awhile - so long in fact that before typing this I had to go a few rounds with "Mario Teaches Typing" just to figure out how to use the keyboard again. These days it's been really just mouse and keyboard cause I've been working on my EP that hopefully will be out by March. It's been a crazy experience, cause I never really had musical training and I'm doing the production/writing/arranging/composing/mixing/seppuku - it's pretty much been my under the blankets with a flashlight reading "music production for dummies." I hope everything turns out well and somehow make a humble contribution to the amazing world that is music.

  Anyway - soon I'll be out of my cave - once I mix some of the instrumentals I'll put them up on the site.

• Killa Kela + Moi Veedeeyooh

  So today was a really great day - my students from the Baron School of Music where I just taught a summer course on freestyling took me out for dinner and and afterwards we went to the Namco Fun World on the top floor of the World Trade in CWB.....

  Long story short - I ACTUALLY WON ON THOSE UFO DOLL CATCHER MACHINES. NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. 

  The moment you get that doll - in my case, a Space Invader's 30th Anniversary Glow in the Dark Pillow - sssshit - it's like everytime you've been frustrated, ie someone cut in front of you on a line, you're stuck in four hour traffic, you go to a massage and it's terrible etc etc - all that shit goes away.

  Salutations Amigos and Amigas!

  It's been awhile since I've put in any semblance of an entry - it's been 2 fast 2 furious for your's truly as of late. So what's been happening in my life?

  1) CAREER HIGH NUMBA FIVE - KILLA KELA

  So about a few days ago I had to do the I.T XX anniversary gig and the main attraction that night was Killa Kella. To my suprise, during my set piece with Kevin Li of Hardpack, DJ J-Cue, and Charlie the fantastic Sax-man....

  KILLA KELA GOT ON STAGE...

  AND HE JAMMED WITH US THE WHOLE NIGHT.

  If you're wondering why I'm still up at 5 am it's because I'm still tweaking from that experience! No videos yet but I'm sure there will be soon....

  Probably a resounding yes but....

  Am I opening myself for potshots in admitting that my favorite song comes from a videogame? And do I make it worse by telling you that there is a remake of said game coming out tomorrow and I can't sleep because I'm too excited about it? And what if I told you that I was actually in cosplay while typing this and preparing to camp out in front of Wanchai's 188 centre? And if I told you that the majority of my rudimentary English skills were gleaned from playing said game? And that I cried cause I felt the game was so touching? And that I had a lot of fanfiction + hentai pics of said characters from the game?

  (which is the truth? which is a lie? I'm a scorpio so it's all MYSTERIOUS~~~~~ haha)
