smoke can alter the health of everyone.

when you smoke you are not just destryoing your body cells, but you are also destroying the health of others that shares the air your breathing. you are not just adding pollution but also you are destryoing the good future of beings in this worl..

In a ccordance to oral lesion this would be the example of aral cancer when you dont stop smoking!!!

good health starts everything from the mouth.

if you do have good oral hygiene  therefore less of encountering pain, 6 out of 10 pupils are absent in the class because of dental pain. (FACT)

if  you do have good oral hygiene then you can eat all healthy foods including junks food sometimes, that will nourish your body into very healthy one. because you dont feel any dental pain.. therefore good oral hygiene showing a clean and complete dention that will aids in digesting of foods you are eating,.. therefore digestion is not a problem. if you do have good digestion priliminary happens to the oral cavity then good absorption will happen.. and if your body absorbs well then it will develop your body systems in good conditions and this stomatognathic systems will work harmoniously. so you will grow beautiful and healthy..

in your oral cavity it shows what kind of person you are.. some puts bracess, reatiners, jackets, RPD's, CD's etc. skeptical, critic type of persons...

if your breath smells good then you are not ashmamed to be with frens to have a conversation, in that case you are already developing good rapor to everyone... social life is good..

if you do have good oral hygiene  nice jobs will follow you.. hehehhe words coming from your mouth shows who you are.. who knows products of dental may be yuor job. modeling? endorcer? or even simple jobs need healthy mouth.. whos gonna hire a bad breath emplyoyee"????? showing irresponsible one hahahha.... fact... right??? simple brushing cant do?? what more else to do job ??? hahahahah....

so oral cavity is very important to ones life... stop smoking and othere habbtis that will cause oral lesions... visit your dentist every 6 months or even sooner than that. have a regular check up..

this oral cancer can prevent when evryone knows how to listen... STOP SMOKING NA ... also your lungs are affected.. then sonnere or later system failiure....
