well, the thing with hong kong dvd's for hong kong movies is, english audio is not really needed at all considering the population of the area. however, you might find hong kong movies on dvd with english audio if you went to the UK. but they'd come out some time after its HK release, and being hardcore fans as you are, who would really wait that long?

just be glad that something is provided enough for you to understand what you're watching.
