    感觉自己的身体太差 简直是不堪一击   一个感冒把自己弄的          身体是革命的本钱  我以后要多锻炼身体  一个感冒  ，就让我吃不消  连自己都照顾不了 那还能干啥呢？

     我以后要多多运动   保持好的身体
