They're coming back to haunt me now... First, I lost my M2 card with all the photos I took for my sons... then now, I lost my diamond ring!!

I must really get rid of my bad habits!!!!!!

POS did it again! Asked me to attend a lunch presentation with clients at the very last min. I'm soooo sick of all these! always informing me on the very day itself. Dont even have the courtesy to check if I am free for lunch. This morning, I cant take it anymore and requested to be excused from it.

As expected, he asked me in to office and questioned me why.

POS: Why? This is work.
Me: I've got lunch appt fixed.
POS: But this is work.
Me: You always inform me last min. And I've fixed lunch appt with my friends.
POS: That's because you were on leave yesterday. (LAME excuse! cant he inform me via sms??)
Me: ....
POS: You know your job is not ..... honorius (whatever the meaning is). So you should not reject when you're asked to work.
Me: Ok, i will attend. Anything else? (didnt want to waste my time talking to POS anymore!)
POS: No.

So that will be my reason for resignation. I do not have a honorius job. Why stay for such a shitty and disgraceful job and such a RUDE POS?!

A neighbour sms me yesterday to say that she wants to collect a recipe book she lent to me earlier. It's a chinese chef cook book on making stocks... So i said i will go home and look for it and at the same time asked if she got the correct person. She claimed that she's very sure that she lent it to me.

Here's the problem!

1. I cannot recall a single moment of me taking the recipe book from her.
2. I cannot recall a single moment of me reading the recipe book.
3. Ppl who know me should know that I'm very blessed! I've a dh who's great in cooking so I dont cook at all!
4. I dont cook becoz I have no interest in cooking at all!

The moment I reached home, I went searching for the book. Then I called and informed her I dont have such a book.  I asked if she lent it to another neighbour instead of me. She's dead sure that she lent it to me. I explained to her why I cant NOT be the one who borrowed her recipe book. Anyway. she sounded like ........ she cant be wrong abt it.

oh well! 

I may have terrible memory.. but if I cannot recall any tiny bitsy memory of it, that means i'm innocent! This is the 2nd accusation for this year! I'm very sure that I didnt take the recipe book nor the earrings!!!!!!

 finally collected my HP mini notebook at 8.45pm last nite.. yes! i waited for 7hours 45mins for that damn thing!! hahaha... of coz, in between i was working. i left office earlier at 5.30pm (which was a terrible mistake!). When i got there, they were serving 0718 *faint*. Many ppl were hogging the entrance of the redemption centre and trying to get a Q number. 

The problem was.. there were only 1100 sets of HP mini notebook for redemption! and the Q number has far far far exceeded that. at 4+pm, the Q no. has reached 1600+. The poor gal who was there trying to apologise and explain the next course of action available for those with higher than 1100 Q no., got scolded and bombarded by so many other irritated customers. 

The redemption centre's CSO should have just stop giving out Q numbers after it has reach 1100. And many (including myself) who couldnt get thru the HOTLINE to check for stock availablility, ended up calling Starhub. We were all told the same thing: "There is enough stock for today, you can go down and collect." Poor management!

I think this incident will soon be on The New Paper! Many ppl have called to report this and the reporters really came down. Cant wait to read that on the newspaper... heee

I'm glad that I went down during lunch time to take a Q number... otherwise, I'll have to wait till 14th August for the next shipment to arrive!! *double faint!*

went to collect my free HP mini pc during lunch time earlier... Took a Q number that wrote 0958 .. and they're currently serving 0333!! another 625 more to go before my turn... Madness!

Am going back again after work... hopefully there's still stock available! Cant wait to lay my hands on that cute little thing!!
