Hey Guys,

As this is my first blog on A.N.D. I thought it would be best to tell you a little about myself!

I have recently relocated from London to HK in order to travel the far east and challenge myself as an artist.

Growing up in London has given me a very good grounding in music with its forever evolving culture. It also gave me the belief that taking your art away from home will help you grow as an artist.

Being a successful DJ is one of my many ambitions in life as it offers me the chance to share my passion of music with others.

I would say my style and tune selection is heavily influenced by dance floor reactions because at the end of the day Iâ��m responsible for entertaining the crowd! I always aim to be a well balanced DJ in the way that I try to please as much of the crowd as possible playing everything from one extreme to the other. This challenge is what I enjoy as it keeps my passion for DJing fresh and inspiring. Without inspiration, desire and love for this art form this journey would be nothing but a lost cause.

Just wanna give a massive shout out to all those who have given me the encouragement, help, advice, opportunity and criticism that has led to me being where Iâ��m currently at.

Will continue the work hardâ��

Its been 10 years since DJ Phat first bought his first pair of turntables. During this time he has shared his love for club music and turntablism with audiences far and wide playing in prestigious venues around the world including Ministry of sound, Fabrics, SE One, Gatecrasher, Pacha and the London Royal Opera House to name a few.

He has gained a reputation confirmed by his peers and fans as the DJ who rocks any dance floor/showcase presented to him. Various newspapers and magazines have also critically acclaimed his work. In addition has been invited by music schools & colleges to teach and lecture on the art of DJing.

Phat’s London roots has given him an eclectic style mastering genres such as hip hop, R&B, House (all varieties), dubstep, drum & bass, dancehall, Kpop, Jpop, Cpop and turntablism as well as remixing tracks exclusively for his sets certifying him as one of the most versatile DJs.
