I am READY!

Hey guys!
WOW ... its already 10 years ago when i participated in my first wushu worldchampionships back in 1999 hongkong!
And now after so long I get the chance again to show up on the world stage of wushu!
Will be my second and last time!
Only a few days to go for the WWC in Toronto and I feel quite good.
I hope I can show my best!

Its already the 3rd year that I´m performing on the Wellness Fair here in Berlin and its been always a lot fun to be there. nice stage ... nice audience and of course the friends i´m performing with.

what a long long day!

hey guys! last friday was damn busy for me and my team ... but fun too. f
the day started with a shooting for an nollywood movie (hollywood - bollywood - nollywood) at 09.30 -- never heard about it before ... but the skript is nice. its about a nigerian guy who´s coming to germany to start a new life and ended up in big trouble. he needs money and the only way for him to get it is to participate in a tv show called the "CHAMPION SPORTSMAN" ... the winner gets 50.000 €!
in this show he has to go through a whole lot of sports, just as football, boxing and of course KUNG FU (Wushu). i am playing the Master of the Wushu troupe who will kick his ass

hey all together! i know its been a while since the last post here .. but hey ... i am a busy man
haha - but now i am back and and i got something to share .... nothing special but ... just take a look

yeah ... some parts are from the national team training and others from normal training. i am preparing for the worldchampionships in october and i am fed up with all these damn nandus...but has to be! i can do it but it just bad for the body ... you know what i mean!
