found this old photo. it's actually a composite made up of about 250
photos (the full sized composite is huge in resolution; to give you a
better idea, that little red square below is the size of each exposure).

i got commissioned for a three week shoot in europe back in 2003 (paris, milan, and london) and while i was there, i did a bunch of these composite photos of landmarks and random areas of the cities and i completely forgot that i had them! i happen to just come across this one on my hard drive the other day. i think i made a gigantic print for an ex-girlfriend once and haven't looked at them since. what a waste! it doesn't take much photographic skill to take these photos, to be honest. just a lot of patience during (taking one exposure at a time) and after (when you have to stitch it all together).
maybe i can make a panoramic print of this and tape it to the outside of my window so i can wake up in the morning and pretend that this is my view...?
