Hello again. First of all I want to start by thanking everyone out there for wishing me a happy birthday this past January 13th. I enjoyed a nice evening consisting of a lovely dinner and some heavy drinking (I apologize for the impromtu rap karaoke session at Racks). So it's almost a week later and people are still coming up to me and wishing me a Happy Birthday. I think that's a kind and wonderful gesture for everyone to do that. However, the problem is, it's almost a week after my birthday and people are still wishing me a Happy New Year! The most recent one I got was last night, Friday January 18th! When does it stop people? February, March, Labor Day 2011? I propose my birthday should be the day when people stop wishing others a Happy New Year! So from now on whenever it's January 13th on the calendar people will say, "finally, I can stop wishing people a Happy New Year, and hey it's that guy Damon's birthday. Maybe I should get him something nice, like basket of cash."

Thanks for reading my Alive Not Dead blog. I know what you're thinking and the answer is yes I am alive. Any reports you may have read on any other online periodical service stating that I died in a kiddie moonwalk accident at my nieces birthday party is false (I only broke my wrist). Let's start this blog with a little info about me. I've been modeling- sorry, are there two L's in modeling like modelling? I know it's such a modellike question to ask...wait, sorry again, are there two L's in modellike? Or is it modelike? 'Cause now that looks like mode-like. Hmmm what was I saying? You have to forgive me for getting easily distracted, but as I'm writing the 1996 summer blockbuster film Independence Day is playing and the Fresh Prince is kicking some serious alien butt! Anyways, oh right, I've been a model for about 5 years now in Hong Kong. My friends around town are starting to refer to me as a "slashie" (model/dj) because lately I've been caught djing at Racks. But I tell them, I can't be a "slashie" cause I don't get paid to dj at my own bar! Silly fools. By the way, I think this movie and The Fly are Jeff Goldblum's best films. D-Heezy out.
