shaolin monks were not in the pageant.

friday night i did a demo for the shaolin culture center in LA.
tadao! My charity work is AWESOME!

I was trying to look cultured and ....how do you say?... uh normal, for a change.
I'm WAS actually REALLY AFRAID cuz he had an EXPOSED HAIRY NIPPLE (chech in the pic prior) but oh well that's cool. what's funny is he is apart of the 18 luo han monks from the true shaolin temple but he's super cool and funny.
we both kept on talking about donnie yen and dragon tiger gate hahahahaa....or...at least that was what I thought we were talking about... the lingo barrier was not one easy to overcome.

and of course you know my other "peng yos." Phil and Xin.

Last nite, i was inside of...Uthis casino. Harrah's! (in san diego on an indian reservation, not vegas)

but it was NOT for gambling but for a bOOTY Pageant that my friend Aoni was in.
I know I know i know...why didn't i enter?

Aoni didn't win. not being bias, i thought she should have taken 1st or 2nd because she had something that the other girls didn't, confidence.
i felt bad for her but these things are what i expect.
the girl that won first sang for her talent and she sucked balls (not literally LMAO- i wish she had sucked balls for her talent), i was actually embarrassed for her. so i know this was some POLITICAL shit. trust me.

to be completely HONEST WITHOUT FILTERING MYSELF, i have to say no wonder it's a beauty pageant and not an PERSONALITY pageant. seriously. you think i'm being mean but i'm not.
insecurities so bad YOU CAN SMELL IT.

as usual, someone gave me flowers for my awesomeness ::acting very satisfied with myself::
and even though she said "bitch, hold this for me!" i knew what she really meant was "YOU deserve to be the winner (for the creepiest face on earth)."

since we're on the topic of POLITICS, i'ma expose some stuff i've never said about the KSTAR competition in china 2 yrs ago.
1. the guy who won first place - lipsank to a song that wasn't really his singing. he is a student of the head judge.
3. the guy that won 3rd place - lipsank to a song that wasn't his real singing and drumplaying. the fucken drums didn't even match the song but when they edited the video and projected it on chinese television for 200 million viewers, nothing looked suspicious. he had his whole family in the media group that was affiliated with the competition.

another thing: there was a portion that the audience could vote to bring in contestants that the judges eliminated. on t.v. they showed the audience picking up voting controllers and voting, but in the real studio there was no such voting and so it was all RIGGED.

there's more but i'm over it. just wanna say that i lost faith in these competitions. 90% of it is bullshit!

he's been my partner in crime since we were 9 yrs old. i'm so happy for him but it annoyed me that people kept pressuring me to get married

my little sister and my dad . my 2 biggest inspirations!

my dad and my grandma.
during lunch today, my dad told me some more stories about what happened during the war (Cambodian Civil War 1975). he told me the struggles his mother went through in order to keep her 5 children and 4 of her niece's children alive during the war. she had to be creative in smuggling and bartering goods. it's sad to see that after her stroke, she is in a numb state. her husband and son (my grandfather and uncle) were killed during the war. but anyways... all i know is that i have to do something for her when i have a chance to.

This is my aunt (father's little sister) that came all the way from boston, Massachusetts! She's so nice!

This is my uncle (my mother's little brother) that came all the way from L.A. Chinatown haha. my mom's side is pure CHAO JEO. (that's like a chinese dialect i guess haha) any chao jeo's out there?
These drinks are the last things i remember seeing. WTF! who keeps filling my cup?! oh...the groom.

People TOLD ME that I had a lot of fun. LOL.

Forget episode 2!!!

The Olympics is over…I cry…

Goddamngotta wait fo mo yerrs! Shit aight so yes I love these games.

Some things that stood out to me:
1. fine Chinese ladies with statuesque beauty. (whatsup with the birdcage? idk)
2. beach volleyball cheerleaders that damn sure was entertaining. (sure i wanted to have sex with your sister! GODDAMN!)
3. Alicia sacramone and nastia liukin for being FOINE!

1. gymnastics: Chinese Men: Rings: phenomenal strength and control by Chin Yi Bing.
2. gymastics: American men: crazy high bar routine by Justin spring
3. gymnastics: American men: Palm-a-horse (haha I don’t know how to spell it) Sasha artemev crazy routine.
4. gymnastics: Chinese men: floor routine: Zou kai.
5. Gymnastics overall: Yang Wei is the man!
6. rising high fives (school girl style)
7. beach volleyball: women: May-Walsh pummeling the competition (save for Japan…so close.)
8. gymnastic: American women: balance beam: shawn Johnson wow!
9. gymnastic: Chinese women’s dancing joyfulling during the floor routine. Loved it!
10. Judo: Mongolian Men: Tushinbayar naidin earned the first Mongolian Gold medal and was crying like a baby. I cried a lil bit on the inside ::sniff sniff::
11. Basketball: American Men: Kobe Bryant proved once again why he the MVP. Spain was too close for comfort the whole game. I WAS SWEATIN BULLETS. Kobe stepped it up and ensured the win.
12. Basketball: Argentina Men: they are the defending champions but their attitude towards winning bronze was inspiring.
13. Rhythmic gynastics: women: all super foine.
14. Running: Jamaica: their all super crazy fast. Usain bolt… OMG!
15. Ping Pong: Chinese men: they are so careful they barely breath but then when they score it’s like TURRETS syndrome and shit.
16. diving: Chinese women: chen ruolin amazing dive the creates a vacuum as she entered the water.
17. mountain biking is fucken dangerous.
18. PARTY FOUL: Tae Kwon Do: this retard kicked the referee…::Samuel L. voice:: and I hope he burns in HELL!!! Hahah.
Everything was amazing!

I would like to say:

Argentina was the defending champs winning gold in basketball 2004. however, they celebrated the BRONZE medal as if they worked all their lives for that moment. It was a very touching scene for me to watch. Moments like these are what REAFFIRMS that you cannot let other people dictate what you have achieved. For some the reward is the gold and for some the reward is the journey.

Big ups to Ginobli and the Argentineans.

Big ups to Beijing for doing an awesome job.

Road to Gluttony episode I

so my girlfriend is visiting me this wk. i haven't seen her for 5 months. she's on a MISSION to make me FAT.

i picked her and her friends up last thursday and we've been eating every minute since. yep no sleep for the wicked.

no exercise either. it's prohibited so i can get that soft stomach she always wanted. why does my gf have to be so weird.

in the beginning, there's was plain stuff like:

home rice and super tiny chicken

and conglomerates of creativeness like:

anything that's available in the fridge
...and then the occassional:

Denny's basic grease sampler.

THIS week my GF is in town with some friends. we start at the Sunday bistro in san gabriel. anyone know it?

and then to satisfy her PHO craving, we went to Luc Dinh Ky in Garden Grove.

i had the duck soup. damn it's fucken good!
and i love that this restuarant gives free chrysanthemum tea looky below:

all you can drink and it's REALLY good too! if it wasn't free i would buy it hahhahahah STUPID OWNERS!

then passion berry was next door so we hit that up. there's lots of variations like wildberry, pinkberry, etc. u know wha i'm saying?

next morning we hit up a taiwanese bakery in Irvine:

my GF calls this "CHong yao bang". it's thicker than what i'm use to but it was good. (that's what she said).

yes i ate a lil dog haha

ok i'm lost on the timeline. i think over consumption is fucken with my head but her friend came to my apt to cook for us. cuz we realized we gotta go healthier. i think it helped.

I've never had eggplant like that but it was quite good. i snuck and put MSG in everything hahahahha.

Fried rice IN A PINEAPPLE!! looks cool and tastes good. ( 10-11 bucks and big enough for 2 people )
