-Kelly Hu in The Tournament. 8.5/10

This is a Good ACTION MOVIE.
Kelly Hu is a main character and she does a great job and she looks delicious, I mean, who said that?

There was a Particular fight with scott Adkins in a church that was lit up correctly and pretty good for american action. (Of course, compare to HK, I could tear it up but i will keep it to praise today :D) hehe

    You should see this film.

    - One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (Old film but Flagday recommended) 7.5/10 (though I started watching it at 230AM and i was dead tired)

    ...quite strange but FLAWLESS ACTING!

Jack Nicholson was always the joker before he even played it hehe.

Every Single person, flawless in very challenging roles. I applaud that.

Can someone explain the movie to me though?!

    Up and coming films

    - The 14 Blades Starring Donnie Yen (Feb 2010)

Not what I expected the next movie from Donnie to be but I wouldn't miss watching any of his work. (why? cuz IRON MONKEY was the film that inspired me to do martial arts).

He is the ONLY person RIGHT NOW pushing the envelope on the film-fighting genre

But doesn't it seem strange to you for him to come back to this style after SPL, Dragon Tiger, and Flashpoint?

    - Jackie Chan - The Spy Next Door
Movie seems predictable and we're not going to expect much martial arts but I love it that Jackie Chan is still around and inspiring generation after generation with just his personality and outlook on comedy and non-violence. Definitely something I can watch with my nieces though Kindergarten Cop, Pacifier, and many others have done the same type of story.

    Mark Allen's site

If you haven't yet visited, go check it because his vision is quite extraordinary. Particularly Least Likely, I messaged to him that a whole film should be in that style.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest was filmed in the city I live in ~ rumor going around that the Oregon State Hospital (filming location) is going to be torn down ~ it's really a crying shame cause of the history of the place :(

This follows the removal of Bush Elementary School (oldest stone-built school in the city) to allow expansion of Salem Hospital property :(

I'll definately check out The Tournament,  It sounds really good!  It was straight to dvd so you wouldn't expect it to be good, but Wrong Turn 2 was straight to video too and it was Awesome!

One Flew Over The Cukoo's Nest is a great Film.  I watched it again just a few months ago since I own it on Dvd!

14 Blades should be good but I'm still waiting to see Ip Man.

Hopefully The Spy Next Door is funny since its got George Lopez in it.

Enjoyed Cuckoo's Nest. Saw it for h.s. English or something. Jack's character really shakes up the sanitarium and kinda gives back to the patients their lives. Unfortunately his behavior proved to be too lively, erratic and unpredictable for the 'safety' of the other patients (and for Nurse Ratchet) which made him the ideal candidate for a lobotomy. Indian man snuffs lobotomized Jack bc he felt sorry for him.

As much as not being completely proud of the roles JC has chosen to taken, I gotta give him credit for staying in the limelight (and sucking in his "pride") and giving exposure to the Chinese/Asians in Hollywood films. Represent.

The tournament looks good, someone blogged about it a while back when making it, can't remember who.

One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, a classic that I barely remember, shows how long ago I saw it.

I watched the trailer for The Tournament and it threw me cause Kelly Hu was speaking with an accent.  Hubby wants to see it for the action so he claims but I know he wants to ogle KH :P  I'll tell him what you said about it.

I watched One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and loved Jack Nicholson's acting.  I still remember his creepy face near the end.
