About Me

Born and raised in Perth, Australia, Crispian started his professional Acting career in 2000 with a BA of English (Theatre & Film) from Curtin University of Technology.

For the next 5 years, he worked extensively in Australia’s Theatre and Film industry. He appeared a number of times in the Perth International Arts Festival. His first appearance was in Deborah Warner’s production of THE ANGEL PROJECT (UK) in 2000. He soon followed it with two productions by Barking Gecko Theatre Company - SARENA’S SONG in 2002 and HIDDEN DRAGONS in 2004, winner of ‘Best Production’ at the 2004 WA Actor’s Equity Awards.

At the same awards, he won ‘Best Newcomer’ and earned a nomination for ‘Best Supporting Actor’ for his performance in Black Swan Theatre Company’s 2003 production of A MAN WITH FIVE CHILDREN.

In 2005, Crispian moved to Singapore to join LASALLE College of the Arts as part of its first cohort of BA(Hons) Acting graduates, and has now begun to make his mark in Singapore.

In 2006, he was cast into Art Central’s improvised drama, 9 LIVES produced by Tan Kheng Hua. He then went on to appear in a number of TVCs for Mediacorp Channel 5, McDonalds, Sony, Citibank, Barclays Singapore Open and most recently, the M1 You Deserve Better campaign.

His Singapore theatre credits include Wild Rice’s production of THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST and the Singapore Arts Festival / kunstenfestivaldesarts (Brussels) collaboration, THE KING LEAR PROJECT.

TV credits include appearances in 80s REWIND, LIFE STORY 2 and MY CLASSMATE, DAD. More recently he has just appeared on the NBC/Carnival Films TV series, THE PHILANTHROPIST, starring James Purefoy and Neve Campbell.
