  Peace Everyone,
  
  How's it all going?
  Been working hard to create and release more projects!
  Tmrw there will be the release of my "Cruiser" video..
  What"s your color is the theme??
  Check it out for a chuckle!!
  My color: amber gold!! haha!!
  
  Hawaii.. as you guys have heard was the bomb!! definitely chillin place!!
  
  AFM was a very productive trip!!
  
  Now I finally get time to stay at home in HK for a bit!!!
  
  We're into the final stages of the 24 Herbs album..
  Real soon!!! real soon!! it's mastered and into the printing stage!!
  
  Consolidating a movie to start filming early next year.. producing this time!!
  In pre-production for another 2 movies as well!!
  Finished shooting with Pang Ho Cheung and Chapman To on there up and coming film "trivial matters"..
  One more brief acting job to complete before the years out!
  
  This year has gone fast!!!
  
  Still so much to do!!
  
  Dosen"t matter!!
  
  Keep going and realise your dreams!!

  24 Herbs的新專輯進入最後階段..
  很快!!! 很快!!! 開始印刷了!!

  明年早些時候會開始做一部電影.. 這次是出品人!!
  還有另兩部電影在做前期!!
  結束了跟彭浩翔和杜汶澤一起拍攝的新片《破事兒》
  年前還有一個演出工作要完成!

  今年過得真快!!!
  還有好多事情要做!!
  沒關系!!
  繼續前行，覺悟你的夢想!!

  How's everyone.. back from the wilderness!!
  Just have been mad busy!!!
  need a holiday!!
  Hawaii is coming up and that'll will suffice for now!!!!
  Just spent a week with Andrew Lin in Shanghai shooting the new JW comercial!!
  It's pretty cool concept.. more of a series of short film than a commercial!!
  Quite a coo! concept created by the heads at BBH!
  David Tsui was the director.. totally dope director, who i feel has all the qualifications and more to shoot a film!! He's one of HK's top commercial directors.. I worked with him 10yrs ago on a Nestea commercial HK.
  Alot of fun!!
  Got the shit massaged out of me after shoots but still not enough!!
  Shanghai is a pretty dope place to visit!!! cheap arse but good food!!
  
  Before then I was in Beijing.. checking out the music scene and talk film!!
  
  At the moment.. finishing off 24 herbs album!!
  It's mastered and sounding super solid!!
  proud to hear mc jin's verse in the remix of "jiu jo".. we're feeling you jin!!!
  The 24 herbs boys we'll be in the studio rehearsing this week for the Diseal/AnD show on next Thursday!!

  Things have been.. well.. busy.. as usual!!
  In the post production of the 24 herbs album!!
  Should be out soon!!
  Last week and a bit has been quite mad!!
  Was in Korea having meetings with "old boys" producer,
  Week before we had hommie: Jin and Carl in town doing the armani bar show!!
  Dope show!!!! Respect tou Pook Gai!!
  Really happy to have producer Ted Chung from Snoop Doggy Dog's clan out doing a beat with 24 herbs for Murs's new album..

  Presented by X-Fed we have training videos for skate, inline, bmx and skimboarding!!

  Has anybody out there got some shit hot bbq recipes??
  being Australian of course we can handle the bbq but would love to hear some shit hot recipes around the world!!!!!!
  Please send them in.. we might even have your recipe on a cooking programme!!
