when is the last time i've updated this blog? guess i'm only gonna filled here with my acting related stuff.. hoho..
My last audition is last year a ntu student's work. Then suddenly receive call from channel 5 for audition today. So out of the blue! They got my info from Zoom arts website. Finally my learning from CK there have come to some use! haha.
Anyway tried out 2 roles. one is wedding bride another is prostitue. First is all reactions , second is acting drunk.. So fun! I just got into the 'feel' of acting with being drunk and taking out shoes.. then it all ended..
i guessed as usual i'm not going to get the roles... but nvm.. but... WHY trigger my acting bug?? lol.
just nice now is going to be holidays.. timing is just nice.
btw, i going hongkong this end may! thinking about alivenotdead.. any phyiscal stores in hongkong?? haha..

hahaha...
It had been a long time since I last touched acting...
I was wondering if I don't go now, I don't think I ever have the time and opportunity to go once I start work again... What's more, the place is just at NTU, so near my school..!!
I guess I did not expect myself to go for the audition as I was so buried with my NIE school work. Talking about that... I have a 1000-word essay to submit tomorrow which I had not even started! Really I have no ideas for it!... lol.
That aside, the audition i went for today was for those final year school project type...And..its so fun!
This is so true... every audition is an opportunity to act and I'm so enjoying myself! haha. I know that is quite bad of me... But, really its totally FUN!
I really enjoyed the night before I was busy getting myself into the grief and crying emo, as they say this role must cry on cue... haha.
Then, so good... they had actually emailed me the lines in advanced, but too bad, i did not check my mail, so I had went unprepared! Gosh, so wasted! If I've known they will give the lines before-hand, I would have done my homework! arghh... so wasted right??
Anyway, compared to the very, very last time that I went for an audition, I felt that my performance this time around is much, much, much BETTER!
At least, I know what I'm acting and with the lines given on the spot, and with a person to act with me, I can make some sense out of it... Although throughout the whole acting, not all parts I feel OK, at least, I managed to make sense of one part on the spot... And that is really something, cos i remember my very last audition experience, while acting in front of the camera, I did not managed to figure things out on the spot at all.... but its not the case this time, I indeed managed to feel my way round in the acting! haha... so happy!
And the improvisional part, gosh, I'm really happy with my performance, cos they were much, much better than what I had done for my previous experiences in acting classes!
And I really want to give myself a pat on my back for my introduction, I knew I had 'nail' it nicely! hee...
hahhaahaha... really, today is another happy day for me!! Acting....
I must say I'm really not a capable actor, and I do not know how the crew thinks of me today, but at least, I myself is very happy with my performance, cos I know I had somehow improved! haha....
So FUN!
