GALLERI Project
Tuesday, Feb 10, 2009 4:47PM / Standard Album
23 pictures / 443 viewsThe Galleri Magazine project is ChinaStylus / Red Dog Studio collaboration. It is a seasonal, limited edition 148 page magazine celebrating local creativity of all kinds across the board without fear or favour – providing an outlet for ALL artists, particularly those without the means (or inclination) to immerse themselves in the traditional art world. Its purpose is to show that Hong Kong’s creative community is alive and well and ready to be seen by the rest of the world.
Each issue is also accompanied by a major event that brings together the cream of HKs creative community, artists and celebrities. Previous events have taken place at KEE Club, Luxe Manor and a very special one-off night at the Chanel Mobile Art Gallery during it's brief stay in Hong Kong. The popular Galleri events are a showcase for artists' work and a venue for one-off exhibitions, as well as having a reputation for being innovative and refreshingly unpretentious.

29 pictures / 728 viewsAs well as getting loads of support from the media for our special projects like Galleri Magazine, SKIN:INKS and the ST/ART Collective, our humble studio has also been featured in all sorts of publications both here in HK and further afield. We are truly grateful, and just a little bit embarassed. Here's a few of our favourite pieces.
Thanks for the support.

SKIN:INKS Project
Thursday, Jul 17, 2008 3:40PM / Standard Album
80 pictures / 3139 views / 3 commentsA result of a years' planning and production, this is the ChinaStylus / Red Dog SKIN:INKS Tattoo Art Project...
Kicking off in June 08 - the projcet launched with a "quiet" private event for over 300 at Racks in Central, with Sam Lee, Miss Yellow and Bodhi supplying tunes for a crowd of celebs, tattoo artists, enthusiasts, supporters, TV crews and press...
The exhibition at the opening night featured 27 canvases by 20 different tattoo artists from 14 of Hong Kong's finest tattoo studios and ran for a full month before culminating in a massive wrap party, charity auction and live tattoo convention at CLIQ in Central HK.
Over 600 people showed up to this, serenaded by Dj Bodhi and the mighty Uptown Rockers plus live tattoo demos by Gabe from Ace Dragon, Julia from Starcrossed, Joey from Temple and Omar from Magic Tattoo.
Silky smooth superstar Michael Wong and the gorgeous Cara G hosted the event, and pro auctioneer Jehan Chu put the artwork under the hammer - raising over HK$150,000 for youth outreach charity Kely Support Group.
Thanks to everyone who supported the event and exhibition and were so generous... And of course a special thank you to all our sponsors who helped make the whole SKIN:INKS concept such a phenomenal success.
