After only a week of changing my program to the Mass Attack, I've gain a very visible Quality Lean Mass around my arms and chest with a very chisel Abs packed with veins... of course, non of this would work without proper dieting...
Im still experimenting on my latest program and if it works, i need to know if its hazardous to health... but overall, not too bad cause its only less than a week.what do I eat... hahaha.... well

At time, I can feel the drive inside of me, pumping so hard that I can't even breath or think right when im trying out new dosage so I know the limitations... once I almost fainted at One Utama... hahahaha..... so please... please.... please... know ur limits and don't be a crazy lunatic like me..... Everyone's body adapt to em differently... ask ur personal doc for advice....

GS Vogue SuperHunks 09

Competing in GS Vogue SuperHunks 09... emm.. Super Male Model 09 to be exact since some of the winners are not at all body sculpted, just tall enough :P hahaha... anyways, you would have guess, me, standing at 170cm tall didn't win the competition :P
but it was all fun.. the 1st round was being hosted at the Golden Sun Pub where 10 guys competing for the top 6 spots.. then moving on to the appearance night where all the winners of each heat in the 1st round appears for the crowd to cheer on..... then we have the photography session where im still waiting for them to mail me the pictures :P
finally, we had the finals in conjunction with the Golden Sun Club's Supplier Gathering dinner and charity function.. it was all fun but man, some of these guys came fully equip with quality muscles... especially all the previous winners of "Hottest Hunks in Malaysia" Arthur Lee (2008 the man with abs of steel), Andy Chong (2007), Mike Kwan (2007), Dennis Lee (2008), all with solid abs... well, im still working my way there :P hehehe..... anyways... here are the pictures :)
