Kogi Taco Truck - behind the scenes

We've been dying to post this since May, when this short was on demand on Comcast Cable. Now that it's online everyone can check out the video.
The Kogi Taco Truck blends the best of Korean, Mexican and late night dining to-go in Los Angeles. L.A. Renigen talks to Kogi chef Roy Choi about the two-hour wait for a two-dollar taco - beef tacos, kimchee quesadillas, tofu tacos, and more. Footage also includes shots of their kitchen, about the size of a taco truck. This is the first time we've ever seen the kitchen. Not even Nightline got back there.
Not in the Los Angeles area, try making your own Kogi BBQ Sauce at home.
