  • Earth Hour... 28th March 2009 at 8.30pm is a special day for everyone around world

    Hi everyone..

    If you already know... 28th March 2009 at 8.30pm is our special day...for our own planet...  Earth.

    Please turn off your your lights for one hour...
    Join together with millions of people across the globe celebrating Earth Hour.

    This year, Earth Hour has been transformed into the world’s first global election, between Earth and global warming.

    Earth Hour began in Sydney in 2007, when 2.2 million homes and businesses switched off their lights for one hour.

    2008 the message had grown into a global sustainability movement, with 50 million people switching off their lights.

    There are 1.858 cities, towns and municipalities in 81 countries have already committed to Vote Earth for Earth Hour 2009, as part of the worlds first global election between Earth and global warming.

    So sit down with your own candlelight, get together with family or friends and have a candlelit dinner party or maybe a storytelling session around the fire.

    Wish everyone have greatest hour or moments on 28th March 2009 at 8.30pm - 9.30pm.

    Together we can take control of the future of our planet and for future generations.

    Yes it's a big thing here in Sydney! Our company sends us reminders and my city council sends us reminders. We all support it :-)
