    因為就讀心理學的緣故, 之前接受了skyshell的邀請, 與她一起在另一個網站上以"心理諮詢員"的角度回答網友們有關愛情的問題. 我會陸續把一些回答過的問題放在這裡與大家分享.

    問Q: 为什么我谈对象总是10分热? 好一阵我就讨厌他了,为什么啊:怎么办啊?5555我又烦我现在的男朋友了...

     

    答: 其實幾乎所有人包括男男女女都有這樣的現象, 因為談戀愛時的心神蕩漾是源自生理上的反應, 我們稱這為光圈效應. 也就是當妳/你愛上對方時, 對方就像頂著個光圈在頭上似的, 渾身散發著光芒, 讓妳/你看不到對方的缺陷. 當時間慢慢流逝, 這光圈的效用漸漸消失時, 我們才開始真正的檢視對方, 有的人便會像妳一樣覺得似乎開始討厭對方了: “怎麼以前不知道他是這樣的人?”

     

    建議妳這時可以想想, 兩人的互動如何? 妳覺得他本身的”喜歡”是不是多於”討厭”, 妳對他的感情是不是可以包容對方的缺點, 進而轉化為互相體諒? 其實愛情是雙方的, 當妳挑剔對方的時候, 或許對方也正在看不慣妳的某些地方呢!

    所以爱情绝不可能完美无缺的，想爱就不能因为某些缺陷而使自己要求太多，选择适合自己的最重要，完美无缺只是童话里的故事。
