Home for birthday

A year older, none the wiser...

But I've enjoyed my birthday celebration in Taipei. Spending time with my family here. No expensive restaurant, no pricy gifts, no party, just a quiet birthday dinner prepared by my mum (and super delish too). My brother-in-law brought home a rich chocolate birthday cake, my neices and nephew sang me Happy Birthday, my sister helped to clean the dish... It had been a long time since we had a family gathering at home. It was really all I ever wanted. The best gift.

I am very much loved.
