London

I went to London to do some co-writing. I was absolutely honored to work with some of the best producers including KK from Stephen Budd Management and Winston Sela & Simon Fung.

I couldn’t believe it, but in 2 weeks time, we fully recorded 5 songs. It’s so great to record your own songs/ your own experiences. It is more than half the part of the enjoyment in being an entertainer – forcing other people to hear what you have to say hahaha

I was very happy to be back in London as some of you may know, I went to university there. It was delightful seeing my friends again and to see that they haven’t changed a bit. Going to Borough Market on a Saturday morning and walking across Waterloo bridge brought back so many wonderful memories for me. LSE has changed so much since I left, they even have a whole new building now for the Management department. I realized that I had missed London so much: for the culture/ my friends/ the musicals and the food. Haha

I really hope I will get to go back there to work more.

I’ve attached some photos here, how can you not fall in love with London, especially in the summer? (Ok, enough of the weather talk hehe)

Singapore Trip

Singapore

I went to Singapore with my family for a week. We were there for holidays & work & to attend a Buddhist event. We had such an amazing time! We went to the Singapore Zoo as well as the night Safari (which were absolutely amazing!) We couldn’t believe how close we could get to the animals. My sister wants to become a vet so she was through the roof and happy in her zone.

Thanks to Darren who introduced Shidy to us to take us around, Jillian and I went to a club called Mimolette. It was in the middle of nowhere and hard to find, but we had such an amazing time dancing and letting our hair down. What’s that Shania Twain song – Men’s shirts, short skirts?

I also met the Mannequin Models team who were really nice and wonderful. I had heard so much about them in the past, so it was good to finally put some faces to the names.

Anyway, pictures speak better than words. So here’s what I’d like to share with you. Lots of animal pics ;) Who doesn't love animals, right?
