• Just a brief intro

  Hello everyone.. My name is Melissa, I am from South Carolina and mother of 2 teenage daughters.  Right now, I find myself in the middle of trying to get my baby off to college and my oldest through her first year of college  and then it hit me... I will be home alone again for the first time in 18 years. WOW!!  Needless to say I was a little down but I thought, ok, I have done my job, they are normal girls going off doing their part in the world, so it is ok for me to start reliving life again, right?

  Well I am looking at things that I used to enjoy, old classic muscle cars, taking pictures , travel, maybe even going back to school.  The possibilites are endless and 1 thing that I didn't have then that is readily availble now that will keep me in touch no matter where or what I decide to do is the internet.. So for the next 10 months or so til the baby is off to college safely, I will be updating, some will be funny and some maybe a bit boring but it will be real and what ever is happening at the moment..  And then after that , who knows .. But it should prove to be interesting. I look forward to meeting new people. well til next time..  be safe, have fun and enjoy
