Well, I guess I'm also being lazy about knowing details. Also, the science part of my brain has been totally dried up since college, which is actually pretty sad. I will try to give it another go at the right time.

What I was interested in is the idea that people should go to nutritionists on a regular basis (like replacing psychiatry) - and also to incorporate measuring diets (vs. Home Ec) in schools? I'm wondering whether or not people have pushed this idea. This is more what I was thinking about... I can say for sure my body and mind have felt different since I started paying attention to it and I'm responding to that.
