焗豬仔脾

材料 : 豬仔脾

做法 :

1. 豬仔脾解凍後洗淨,用刀輕輕介開肉2下,令肉質更易入味

2. 用 沙糖,鹽,生粉,生抽,胡椒粉及香草(rosemary)醃味最少3小時

3. 豬仔脾先用鑊煎香2邊

4. 焗盤用錫紙包好,放入豬仔脾及醃料加小許水,再用錫紙封面

5. 以160度焗30分鐘,然後除去封面掃上 蜜糖,多焗15分鐘,完成
