I have heard of a very scary and interesting case which was actually happening over 20 years ago.

there was a married canadian man (I think he's canadian), who one night he sleepwalked, that he got up, drove to his father- and mother- in- laws' house, took the right key and opened their house door, grabbed a knife from their kitchen, killed both of them (while they were sleeping), drove back to his own house, woke up and realized that his shirt was full of blood. He was very scared and he ran to the police himself and saying that he thought he might have killed somebody. And police made tests and research on him to see if it is true that he could kill someone during he sleepwalked, or he did it when he was concious. Finally, the police were conviced that he sleepwalked and he got no penalty at all.

Yeah he could of faked that he sleepwalked, but if not, what a terrible thing to live with. Sleepwalking is quite scary.

yeah, but he always could have faked it! I read a similar story by Rampo Edogawa where someone framed someone who thought they were sleepwalking with a murder and ruined his life. =X
