How's the weather in your city?

Hello to all! I think I know the weather forecast is also something important to know, and also a factor. I am a meteorologist, and I want you, I comment on the weather in your city, because I can study and learn more about the geography of each city. I'm from Barcelona, a city boring, lack of rain, this October is the wettest of the year but this year has been the least rain. Now I have finished the month of October with temperatures unusual for the time, high temperatures, and start a November high temperatures here the sky is partially filled with clouds but no rain, high temperatures and humidity is hovering 90%.
An approaching frontal system, but so far no rain will not touch us because of full but the weather maps change every 6 hours, and I have little hope of rain one of these days in Barcelona.
Well if any of you want to know the weather forecast in your city one day to be special for him, they can ask and answer them gladly. Greetings to all, adeu ciau!

You think I`d tell anyone on the internet where I live?  haha.  I leave it at Pennsylvania and the weather here is easily researched along with any other place in the US through the www.NOAA.gov website.  We also have something in the US called Accuweather at www.accuweather.com.  It gives the weather forecast for any US City.  It looks like they will be playing game 4 of the US baseball `World Series` in Philadelphia in chilly but not damp conditions.  I think it is way too late in the year to be playing baseball.  Where are you a meteorologist?  That is an interesting job.

Right. People usually work where they live but I just wondered where Meterologa works like at the national weather service or a TV station or at the Spanish weather channel or in the private sector for some business ...or whether he/she is a storm chaser type?

I am amateur meteorologist and weather forecasts, soil watch them on different pages of maps, for example, a page www.wetterzentrale.de German, or also look at a French page, or here in Catalunya. Storm Chaser? Well, I'm not exactly like a professional, but I did for my area, I have severe storms, I followed their movements through the weather radar and through the kind of clouds from my balcony I also have very good eyesight, and I can see if the storm is weathered, where it comes, if it comes hard, or worn out.

I see.  I think there are many people who enjoy watching weather develop around the US and around the world.  `The Weather Channel` has been on our local cable TV lineup for at least 15-20 years.   I know a few people who have TWC turned on 24/7.  I know that I am glued to the TV every time there is a blizzard or a hurricane.  Every morning when I wake up I check the weather on the internet.   I can hardly remember the time when we had to wait every day until the late news at 11 p.m. to find out the weather forecast for the following day.  People who like to watch and follow the weather like you are endearingly referred to as `weather junkies.`  You just can`t get enough of it!        I hope that paragraph translates properly.

When I work, save money, and will travel around the world, studying the climate of each city, and if possible, and also live tornadoes, To pursue them and take pictures, making sure that the tornado chase, catch me I have to me , jejeje, tornadoes are beautiful to see, but would not have to be destructive, it would belong in a field, and hurricanes, not out of the ocean. Well, the truth, I'm addicted to the meteorology, I like since I was 6 years old, and since then, I read books, I pointed out the data of my city and state of the sky, and I could meet my idol, a great meteorologist of Barcelona, is the best in Spain. You like the meteorology?

in melbourne recently it has been bloody hot. even though it is still spring here we are in the middle of an extensive heat wave with most days over last week being over 30 degrees celsius. apparently there is more to come next week. i love the heat but i do worry about the impact it has on our drought and bushfire danger
