One of my female kitten passed away suddenly early in the evening yesterday , shock and  so sad.
But now, i won't say it again in future ,because perhaps it's enough for some people and  boring too.

Colombe, I'm so sorry to hear about your kitten.   How are the rest of the kittens?

Having pets is a joy and inevitably a great sorrow.  I really hate the thought of losing any more of my babies but I guess the alternative is that I go first.  I`m not sure how I feel about that.

i know it's a hard thing, Colombe. I deal with similar stuff, on occasion. But you're doing a good thing, and it's so desperately needed in our world that seems to care less and less.
Flag, I know where you're coming from, as well. I'm kinda waiting for a couple of my older guys to reenter the cycle of rebirth, and I know it could be any day. The oldest guy still comes down to the car, and walks me up to the house when I get home from work (if he's outside.) But then the baby comes bouncing down the hallway, and I see the cycle restarting. I didn't need another kitten, but I wouldn't trade the little stinker for anything.

What's annoying me is the sun setting by 5:30. It feels like it gets late earlier these days.


Talk about something you can't do anything about, I'm just saying..

I hear ya, Seeker. I hate that. I get out of work, Mondays, at 5. By the time I get home, it's dark. But, it is easier to get up, kinda, with it being light, earlier. Kinda.

Last monday, I was at an acting class and we were doing an improv excercise. My character was kind of a stoner/ slacker drugs dealer, and I had a total Pineapple Express 'bum-out' moment when I realized most characters just wanted to use me to buy drugs and didn't wanna hang out with me

Unfortunately, unlike in the Pineapple Express, there were no bro- or romances or car chases afterwards either.

Yeah...it can be so annoying not to have any car chases after your acting class!     Well, you can hang out with us.  I don't have anything to sell you, Daan!  

my dad..he's been on my ass all week about somethin i do wrong..such as noise at night or what not (which i don't intentionally do, i'm not a disrespectful little shit) so i've been tryin to cooperate and get along to keep the peace..you know be as quiet as possible..well this evenin me and my mom are going to go to a college football game..got 2 free tickets and it's this teams first season and they're undefeated! it's their last home game tonight..well she asked me to feed the dogs, bring in the laundry, etc. while she's out so we can leave asap..i'm feedin the dogs listenin to my music (the Rebirth Brass Band!) and he comes in from outside..goes to his room..comes back after the song is done and asks me to turn it down (not so nicely either) so i tell him it's over i was just listenin to it while he was outside..then he gets ruder so i tell him to get the fuck outta my face (i can only take so much and i stand up for myself)..he leaves, comes back with a stick threatenin to beat my eyeballs out and beat me bloody and stab me with my own knife and shoot me..so i tell him to do it, you know i ain't scared..and he gets angrier and louder and i just keep tellin him to do it..then he says i'll be receivin paperwork from his attorny and i tell him that i'll get him


talk about white trash livin...WOO HOO...never knew swingin new orleans jazz could piss people off so bad hahaha
