Words Game??

Can I play a small little game here?? A game about "expanse" the word,
ie: family = Father And Mother I Love You.. this kind of game.

So, now start with the word LOVE:

V = very
E = entertaining.

So do we have to keep using the same word or can we use a different one if we want?
