Hi RenRen,

Yes, the first question going straight to the heart of it all...the daily! Well, I live by the philosophy, "enjoy life and do what you want." I mean "do what you want" in a positive way. Life is to short to be wasting your time on activities that don't answer the calling (whatever that may be in life). So, my daily living is simple.

I wake up in the AM (around 10am). Get ready. Switch on the TV. Turn to movie channel. Check emails, play around on Alivenotdead.com (haha), do some "work". Take a break, watch a movie on DVD or TV. Go out for lunch. Go to meetings or hit the studio to work on some music (currently 24Herbs project). Do this til around 8pm. If I'm with the crew then, we go for dinner and then, go for drinks. Get home late, go to sleep late but get up early and repeat the above.

The days I don't roll with the crew,  i'll be 'Pak Tor" or "Haang Guy" with my girl, go see movies, dinner etc. Also, I freelance music related jobs so, whenever those come up I have to do it (got to pay the rent). That's pretty much it. However, inbetween this routine there are parties, events, lunches, dinners, birthdays, social gathers that happen on weeknights and weekends. Hong Kong is a train that don't stop!

Hope that ain' too long. How about you? What's your daily like?

Well since I don't have a job right now...my daily life is kinda uneventful. So let's see...I wake up around 8:30 am and I go work out for about an hour and a half. I come home, shower, and watch the food network. In the afternoon I may go catch a movie by myself (because matinee showings are cheaper), browse a bookstore, and bake something. Late late in the afternoon I go hang out with my grandma for a couple of hours...watch the Ellen Degeners show, whatever is on CW, read the newspaper, or play video games. I'm trying to spend more time with her now since I'm not working ...because once I get a job I won't be able to see her as often. On the weekends I usually try to hang out with my friends if they're in town, but sadly, all my friends are spread out across the states. I spend a lot of time on alivenotdead.com because I have so much spare time. I do some interviews in between and email/call the managers so they don't forget about me.

When I did have a job...I work Mon-Fri 9 -6 and Sat 9 - 2. I try new restaurants on the weekends, shopping, watch a movie, get a massage, plan my vacations, read at a coffee shop, or a do some mini road trips on the weekend. Gosh...it was a lot more eventful when I had a salary.

Kinda boring huh?

Hey Ghost Style~

Here's my question:
What is something that you want to do but have never done before?

Hi Y'all thanks for your questions! Yeh, let's discuss!

Maljl: I never had any serious music training. When I was a kid, recorder, piano. Then, at 13 I started learning the guitar. It was watching a Guns & Roses video "Welcome To the Jungle" that I said, I want to do music! I became a singer by default. Because in my group of friends, everyone wanted to be the lead guitarist and no one could sing. So, I put down the guitar and grabbed the mic. I kept playing in bands, hanging out with musicians and things just kept moving along and voila! I'm here now

Musicnote: Gettting me thinking...actually, I've done lots of things, but hope to keep walking the path to my dreams . What I haven't done is take a year off, travel and visit other parts of the world I haven't been. Guess that's what I'd do. But do it top-shelf, five-star baby!! yeh

Katie-X & RenRen: Yes, all things GS, but, throw those random questions in and I'll see if I can reply! peace

Taking a year off to travel is an awesome idea. I kinda took a year off of college to do a exchange program at CUHK. I still took classes and stuff...but it wasn't stressful like back at home. I took a bunch of Chinese classes and made a bunch of really good friends. I did a lot of traveling around China, Taiwan, and Thailand, partied every weekend, and shopped. I miss HK a lot a lot! Oh...I miss the food. I was so depressed when I came back to LA and nothing taste good here. Last  year...I visited HK again and I went to Malaysia and Singapore. I'm hoping to visit again in December or if not...next March.

Anyways...now for the random question. When you go on vacation...do you start craving Chinese food? After a month in HK...I started to crave bacon and McDonald's. I rarely ate bacon or McDonald's back home.

Hi y'all--what's up?

RenRen: Actually when I go on vacations, I like sampling the local stuff. Dive right in there and try their styles (except the too exotic like domesticated animals and the insides of animals; stomaches, brains, hearts, sex organs, raw blood, fried insects and toenails etc). Also, I'll hit the bar and drink the local beers. At the end of the night, the only thing I'm craving is a bottle of water!

Musicnote: I'll try mostly anything but my favorite food is Pizza! I can eat that all day, all night, 24/7 365! But, my friends advise against it. When I was studying that's about all we ate. But, yeh, Pizza!

Ghoststyle...have you reached the 30 mark yet? You don't have to answer that if it's a sensitive question for you...I'm just curious.

Anyways...what are you working on music wise now?

RenRen: Age ain't nothin' but a number...but still a sensitive topic for everyone. But, yes I've hit the 30 mark and gone passed it abit It's all good. I'm an Ox/Capricorn so my life gets better as I grow older. Music wise, I'm working on 24Herbs now. We've stepped it up and really working hard to complete this album. The crew are a great bunch of fellas and I got a feeling we're gonna create a classic!

Yay! Finally us overseas people can join in the excitement. It was getting to be a little depressing looking at all the pics posted from the events and concerts. Ghoststyle! You are cool!
