Just kidding – actually, here at alive not dead, we can really use your help improving our newly re-launched web site. The alive not dead team (there’s not many of us) have worked hard to produce a web site that is feature-rich, but is certain to still have some problems. With your help, we can make the site really fly.

As a consequence, we’ve enabled this forum to help solve any problems you might have with the site, notify us when you see bugs or other problems, or just have suggestions about how to improve the site. This forum is available for ALL users, registered and unregistered.

If you have found a bug with the site or are having problems, first review the Frequently Asked Questions to see if we have a quick answer to your problem. If you’re still having problems, please create a post with the following information:
* What is the nature of your problem?
* What is the web address/URL of the page you were trying to access when you had problems?
* What was the error message given to you (if any)?
* What web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera) and operating system (PC, Mac, Linux) are  you using?
* If you are having problems activating an account because you haven’t received an authorization email, please provide the username that you’re trying to activate. Send us an email with the subject line ‘Activation: [your username]’ using the email account from which you’re trying to activate. DO NOT post your email address or password!

We’ll try our best to address your problem with a reply to your post.

Also, we’re looking forward to hearing your suggestions and ideas for the future. As you can guess, with the new opening of this new version of the web site, we’ll be busy for the next few weeks taking care of the important, initial bugs, implementing the most important next few features, and resting after many hard weeks of work.
