That seems to be 4 trailers back to back, each slightly different, especially the last one. Even though it's very probably mostly propaganda, I would love to see it on the big screen, but no chance around here.
It was fun picking out all the stars, with JET being the most recognizable.
He looks great in that uniform!
Thanks for posting it, Sera.

Apparently, the release is on the 17/09/2009, in China , but don't know if it will release in others countries, to see Jackie Chan, Andy Lau and others ,and of course for Jet .

It opens on 20 September in Hong Kong and 1 October here in Taiwan, if that's any help to anyone.

After watching this trailer its has sparked my hobby of watching mainland dramas again. I must get some out of the vid store! There is something about a Chinese mainland drama that no one can every recreate...those movies are unique unto themselves, and are fabulous.

My favorite Chinese movie (at least it wasn't banned in China) is "The Road Home", directed by Yimou, and starring Zhang Ziyi back when she was 20, but looked about 14.
No kung fu, no walking on the tree tops, no gun fights, no stunts, no special effects... just a magical tale of pure young love. And if it doesn't touch your heart, your heart is made of stone. There are of course the beautiful landscapes and colors associated with a Yimou film, but the best part is the wonderful performance he got out of Ziyi.
OK, I've got to get it out and watch it again.
