Never in my life.... well in the Asian society, heard of such a husband. If Nic is opened minded and
handling this situation very well about this whole scam, he's one awesome man. Nic is very big hearted and I'm glad to know that there is a man out there who's considerate. I'm sure and hope this will give
more examples to those who are inconsiderate.

sometimes things aren't intentionally meant to be exposed and at times... people are only out there to
ruin your life.

Hong Kong singer-actor Nicholas Tse has released his new long-awaited digital EP, entitled "The Last Nicolas Tse," according to a report on the website Sina.com.

The song lyrics on this album reflect some of the low points of Tse's life over the past few years. Tse appears as an aviator in the promotional photo for his new album. When asked why he took on a "military look," he said, "Life is full of battles; you have to face up to them, and you have to fight."

Tse, who has not performed in many live shows during the past three years, said in a recent interview that he loves music as always, but would not release albums only to boost his popularity. When he has something to say and feels the need to say it, he will do so via music, he said.

It has been more than a decade since Tse entered show business. Now, at the age of 29, he has attained fame and has implied that he may consider retiring, according to the title of his latest album.

"I've always been thinking that one day I will retire from this industry," Tse said, according to the Sina.com report.

Last year was a particularly tough one for Tse. In February, his wife Cecilia Chung, was embroiled in the Edison Chen photo scandal, when intimate photographs of her were widely distributed on the Internet, and the couple was subject to intense media scrutiny.

To the public, Tse is no longer an iconic "cool-boy." Being a husband and father have changed him. When Chung was caught up in the photo scandal, he stood firmly beside her and supported her.

During his interview in a talk show program with famous TV host Cao Kefan, Tse recalled many difficulties he and his wife had worked through. He also expresed his love for her, and said his family, including his one-year-old son, Lucas, was his motiviation in life.

After wife Cecilia Cheung stood up for herself the first time in a TV interview after the sex photo scandal, husband Nicholas Tse also took on a TV interview in Shanghai. On contrary to his wife's hatred for Edison Chen, Tse said there is no "eternal enemy". Out of love for his wife, Tse wished his wife could die before him, so that she does not have to bear the pain of solitude.

Tse recalled that Cheung broke the news of the scandal personally to him. "I was filming "The Beast Stalker" then. That night I knocked off late; the moment I stepped into the house, I saw her crying. So I went over and console her and asked her what was wrong. At that that, her manager was also in our house" Tse admitted to be furious when he first heard the news. He said, "I've known her for so long, do you think I am unaware of her personality and what she has done in the past? When I kneeled down before her to propose then, I told myself: Nic, you are such a male chauvinist; since you are sure you want to propose today, you have to accept her past, be it good or bad. On the day the scandal broke out, I reminded myself again that I have to support her. So I told her: It is ok, I'm here for you; don't cry, everything will be fine." Tse said his anger subsided in a day or two.

Despite the differing views and comments of the conservative Hong Kong people, Tse was unbothered and insisted on bringing Cheung out shopping and for movies. He admitted that both his wife and him both lack security; and this insecurity often lead to quarrels but they eventually made up.

With regards to the TV interview where Cheung openly discussed her wound, Tse said they had discussed before she decided on taking it. Though he only caught a glimpse of the interview broadcast, Tse complimented his wife for her bravery in revealing her true feelings. "Her forthright nature has always been something I admire. I like how she is very real."

Having weathered all storms in showbiz, Tse is unafraid to call Cheung his lifetime partner. "I asked myself, on the day I die, who will be standing beside me. In my heart, there is only her. All these years, she has praised me and scolded me. But I can tell that she is scolding me because she is concern about me. This is what I see about her. I hope she will die before me because the person who continues to live has to face more sufferings."

When asked about his feelings of Chen, Tse's hatred for the former seemed to have died down. He said, "Perhaps at that moment, everyone and I were mad. But I managed to cool down after one to two days. There is no eternal enemy in this world, neither are there friends forever. I do hope friends can be forever, but there is definitely no eternal enemy."

At the time when the scandal broke out, the best support for the vulnerable Cheung was Tse's magnanimity. He said, "I can only silently support her in my heart. I will not be talking about this scandal ever again because it has passed. You think I don't have my own past history? I don't have flaws? Perhaps I have more than her. It is meaningless to keep talking about the past when we are moving forward."

Tse's new album is in the pipeline, but he said it may also be his last. "The new album is titled 'The Last Nicholas Tse'. I've always considered leaving showbiz." He added that his personality is unsuitable for showbiz as a celebrity. As for Cheung, Tse said she has never withdrawn from showbiz. "She is enjoying being a mother now. Marriage of Cecilia Cheung and Nicholas Tse has not been weakened by the sex photo scandal; instead, the couple has been requested to be photographer and model for a series of accessories to be sold off for charity.

To raise funds for "Doctors without Borders", famous make-up artiste RickChin and his partnering websites invited a famous accessory brand to kick start the "3-2-1" charity sale, and Tse to be model for the brand's "Flutter&Wow" series of accessories which will be sold for charity.

To add more meaning and uniqueness to the photos, the organizers also requested for the photos to be taken personally by his wife. Tse struck several funny poses for the Cheung's camera, displaying their affections. "I must let my husband look stylish on the photos," she added, "I am very satisfied with my hubby on and off screen." Cheung also doubled up as Tse's stylist and matched the accessories for his outfit.

After marrying Tse, she claimed to have become the official photographer of the family and is always taking photos for their son. When asked if she has intentions of a photo exhibition, she said, "Photo exhibitions require some professional. I'm just taking photos for fun."

The charity sale will take place from Mar 21 to 29. The brand will donate all profits to "Doctors without Borders" and Cheung said she will definitely show her support by making purchases.

Besides Tse, the organizer has also invited Chinese actress Zhao Wei and Taiwanese actress Ruby Lin who will take self-portraits for the charity.

At today's press conference for Bodyguards and Assassins (formerly DarkOctober), a movie on a group of people protecting Sun Yat Sen againstassassination when he was in Hong Kong to raise funds on October 15,1905, the cast was formally announced.

At this stage, it's not known who'd be playing Dr Sun Yat Sen, afterChow Yun Fatt, who's doing the film on Confucius that begins filmingaround the same time, declined the offer. Director Teddy Chan explainsthat Sun Yat Sen is not the key figure in Bodyguards and Assassins,rather the film shows the history of Hong Kong through a group ofpeople protecting Sun Yat Sen.

The partial cast announced includes "Gambler" Donnie Yen, "Beggar" LeonLai, "Rickshaw Puller" Nicholas Tse, "Revolutionary" Tony Leung KarFai, "Assassin" Hu Jun, "General in Exile" Simon Yam, policeCommissioner" Eric Tsang, "Mistress" Fan Bing Bing, "Scion" Wang BaiJue, Wang Xue Qi and Zhou Yun.

Among the various characters, Donnie Yen's role is particularly ofgreat import, full of suspense and development. Unlike the others, heisn't a patriotic or righteous person initially, even in the finalinstance, he's still uncertain of his own stand. Fan Bing Bing playsDonne Yen's wife, but remarries tycoon Wang Xue Qi to be his mistressdue to a twist of events.

While Nicholas Tse had actually auditioned for this film several yearsago before the production was held up, it's until only recently thathis role as the rickshaw puller, one that would lay down his life forDr Sun, was confirmed.

Hu Jun, as the main villain, one sent by the Manchu government toassassinate Dr Sun, would be shaving his head bald. Hu Jun would alsobe joining Jingle Ma's ongoing production Hua Mulan starring VickiZhao, playing a Hun general.

Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse has gone all out for his new role in Director Teddy Chan's 'Bodyguards and Assassins' (formerly 'Dark October').

The actor had his head shaved bald, for the first time, to play a 'rickshaw puller' role in the upcoming star-studded film.

However, Tse has to undertake more than that. The actor who usually appears on screen with a squeaky-clean, handsome image will make do with a scared face in the film. Special makeup for his character allegedly takes hours to do.

Moreover, the actor also needs to devote time to sun bathing in order to get tanned and look more like a weather-beaten rickshaw puller.

The film 'Bodyguards and Assassins' tells the story of a group of people protecting Sun Yat-Sen against assassination when he was in Hong Kong raising funds on October 15, 1905.

Director Teddy Chan once explained that Sun Yat-Sen is not the key figure in Bodyguards and Assassins, rather the film shows the history of Hong Kong through a group of people protecting Sun Yat-Sen.

The power cast also includes Hong Kong action star Donnie Yen, Leon Lai, Tony Leung Ka-Fai, mainland popular actress Fan Bing Bing, veteran actor Wang Xueqi and Hu Jun. Pop singer Li Yuchun would make her screen debut in the film.

The 150 million yuan film produced by Peter Chan begins production in early April 2009 and will be released in December 2009.

After a gap of three years, Nicholas Tse will soon be releasing what has been said to be his "final album", aptly titled Last Album with the hit single "Terminal Station" as his expression of loyal undying love for wife, Cecilia Cheung.

Currently engaged in movie shoots, Tse could only make time for two promotional events for his new album. Besides the press conference held in Shenzhen on May 5, Tse and his family will be attending a premiere of his feature length music video that was made on an aircraft carrier and costing about S$300,000.

In the series of promotional photos for the album, Tse was bandaged like a severely injured victim, a metaphor to illustrate his spiritual wounds when his wife was twirled into the sex photos scandal last year. Now a father, Tse mended his willful behaviour and dealt with the crisis in a mature manner; he has since "recovered" from the hurt.

"Terminal Station" refers to a person's last destination in life. Tse took the chance to thank his wife for bringing bliss and happiness into his life and also dedicated the song to Cheung who has braved through the difficult times.
Tse previously described his life as the plane on the aircraft carrier when he was asked questions about his wife.

He said, "Every time when I appear on stage, I'm preparing for take off. Will I succeed? How will the performance turn out? Will I be able to return? Will I win the battle or lose it? Nobody knows. But I think it's not important. What is important is the courage to be on the plane to fight the battle."

Rarely expressing his love for Cheung publicly, Tse complimented his wife for her bravery through the song. With his wife and son as priorities, Tse revealed that he is willing to lead a dull life for the good of his family.

Nicholas Tse's new persona is a soldier who lands a chopper on an aircraft carrier, taking center stage there.

That was the scene on Tuesday when Hong Kong singer and actor Nicholas Tse promoted his new digital album, "The Last of Nicholas Tse", on the deck of a former Soviet carrier inside Shenzhen's Minsk World military theme park.

Film producer and actor Patrick Tse, who collaborated with his son in a music video for the album, was on the scene to show his support.

Nicholas Tse's military appearance echoed a "fighting" theme of his album, according to the star. "Life is full of battles and you have to fight," Tse was quoted as saying in an earlier interview.

Tse has been through an embarrassing scandal since February last year, when a group of photos emerged on the Internet showing intimate pictures of his actress wife Cecilia Cheung with Edison Chen, another local pop star.

"The Last of Nicholas Tse" was released last week, almost four years after Tse's previous album "Release".

SHANGHAI: A year ago, the infamous Edison Chen's photo scandal threatened to wreck their marriage.

Fast-forwarding a year later, it appears the incident only served to strengthen their marriage when Hong Kong actor-singer Nicholas Tse expressed his love for his wife Cecilia Chung at his Shanghai concert.

Midway through the concert, Tse suddenly stopped singing and announced to the audience: "It's a special day today because it's my wife's birthday."

He then made a call to Chung, and had his fans wish the 29-year-old actress a Happy Birthday.

The cheery atmosphere then took a turn when Tse confirmed he had thoughts about leaving the entertainment industry.
