You know what's annoying me?  This thread.  It's always getting screwed up so's you can't get the last page.  

Star, might you consider starting a new one?

Edit:  Now it's frigging working....is it just when you get to the end of the page it screws up?

That's been happening to me, at a couple of threads. It seems to add a page before there is one. It happened here, saying there were 11 pages but there weren't 11 yet.

Yeah, I have noticed the same thing all over the forum.

Whats annoying me today. Wingers at work. You don't like the way things work around here, quite. Simple fix considering they are almost never here on time and leave early.

A new thread would still have the same problem.  Remember how we talked about this on another thread and Hien explained it.  If for any reason a post gets deleted, it screws up the count on a page and makes it think it's on the next page when it's not.  

Yeah, I remember.  So if there's a new thread it won't happen until someone deletes a post.  This is a popular one so it's a recurring issue.  Most threads just get forgotten.  That was my point.

What's annoying me today?  Clearly I cannot have fun over the weekend, go out for dinner or breakfast like a normal person...and only 1.5 beers!  I gained 4 pounds.  Sickening.

Back to eating nuts and berries and water.

The fact that it is monday and I don't want to be at work.  I can't fire anybody.

Yesterday was GORGEOUS... 80, sunny, beautiful colored leaves, etc.  

Today I'm annoyed because it's cloudy and blah outside, but it will be 74.

I hung laundry outside, because it wasn't supposed to rain until after 6 pm. It freakin' rained 30 minutes ago. Now I'll prolly have to go to Mom's to dry stuff.

I see a lot of activity JRS, in the number of views, but not in the number of replies.  I like more chatter too.

The number of views means nothing.  Unregistered guests can drop in at will and view/read to their heart's content, maybe never to return.  Our old board showed the number of guests that were browsing, but this one doesn't/

The number of views doesn't mean that actual members are reading but not posting.

And it doesn't mean that's not true.  I've read a lot of posts wherepeople say they're here, reading, but not posting.  I said there wereway more views than replies.  That's all I said, and that's statistically correct.   I disagree that the number of views means nothing particularly since half the time I'm browsing I'm not signed in and thus would be considered a "guest."   Views far exceed replies.  You drawyour conclusions, I'll draw mine.



What's annoying me?  Some rat bastard stole my and my sister's Obamasigns from along the road.  They didn't snag my other sister's signsbut that may be because they required some thought to understand that"8 years is enough" means vote Democrat.  

Plus, a guy drove by and yelled "n****r lover".  Annoyed?  I have to goget more signs.  I ain't gonna change the mind of the racist idiot who stolemy last one but maybe it'll make some thoughtful person sit up and takenotice.  I've never had a sign in my yard before.  Plus I have a Republican Congressional candidate's sign out there now.   

Obama/Biden.

I am sick to f***ing death of ALL this election bullshit! Neither candidate is worth the powder to blow them up, and every other commercial is telling me what a douchebag the other guy is. I am beyond disheartened that in a nation of our diversity, intelligence, and innovation, these a**holes are the best we can field? Give me a break. It comes to mind, that only the worst megalomaniacs even have the gall to think they are the answer. That they are some sort of freakin' messiah, here to save our fair nation from the douchebags on the other side of the aisle.
I am only heartened by the prognosticators opinions that regardless who wins, they're out in 4, no matter what.
And I also feel, that no matter who wins, we are all going to lose. Period.
