The artists themselves have to be willing to be on here first. If the artist isn't willing to be on here, there's not much the AnD crew can do. We've also been told that they have had hundreds of requests from members to be made official artists, which means that they're having enough trouble keeping up with people already on here, they really don't have the time to go asking these artists to join. If you would like them to join, you could ask them.

I would also advise you not to create anything on here for them, because members may think that it is the actual artist.
