guestbook comments...

I can't seem to send a guestbook comment to Pat Lee.
Wonder what the problem is...

it's restricted to only his friends can leave him blog comments & sign his guestbook only.

I've tried "fanning" him and still can't sign his guestbook.
I don't recall AnD having an individual user-block function at all.
