I like to see Chinese posters post on the regular forum.  Sometimes they post in English, sometimes in Chinese.  There are many posters who are bi-lingual.  I am not among them.  

I'd like to see the regular forum remain multi-lingual.  What's wrong with that?

most of chinese fans not good at english like u guys ,they really want to talk with fans from all over the world and so pity for the language problem.

same problem as u dont know chinese . some they cant understand u guys english posters. so chinese forum is special and easy for them .

we started them because people were asking for it...  apparently some people prefer to keep things concentrated and distinct.  we had to decide which to put where,  we could have made English a sub-forum of Chinese, but either way... its basically the same.

nothing to stop anyone from visiting!

It would be nice to have a Wu Jing forum. But what language would that be in? Ahh, a Wu Jing picture thread.

But I do think it's just fine that there are separate forums. I don't blame the Chinese fans for wanting to actually be able to read what people are discussing. What's the big deal about that? Or the French. Or the German etc. But, then again, I'm a huge troublemaker.


EDIT: Okay, I just tried and I can once again post in the English forum. To which I say, WTF? ;)

Unless you guys are planning to launch Wu Jing site on his birthday, Iwonder if it'd be many moons away before it's actually activated, givenhe's busy with his directorial debut right now.

BTW, Etchy, while you're still here, maybe you could do a diagnostic onNightbird's account. Seems to be bugged. She said she couldn'tpost  or  sign up as fan in the past two months or so. Thoughit appears she could post right now already.

There's a thread on the Suggestions forum for more emoticons...been there for almost a year.  I guess it's not high priority so we'll have to be more verbal!

We're all Jet fans at this forum.  This is the "Chinese language" section which they recently opened.  There are a lot more posts in the section below which is primarily English-language.  

There's a lot of information on Jet's section of this site ---- just click on the colored tabs and you can find out lots about all those old films and in his too-infrequent blogs on his new projects.  There's also a profile page on The Forbidden Kingdom.
