Everytime I want to upload pictures and click on "Add pics" the whole browser window of firefox collapses to the left corner of my laptop screen. Maximize it again nothing happen in terms adding pictures.
I can repeat this until my finger get numb.

Then I wanted to change my name as it appears- not possible.

Then I wanted to change my URL as I was not happy with it because nothing was asking me for that- not possible.

Then I wanted to delete my entire fresh AND account and set up a new one - not possible.

Aiyoh, guys. Please do some homework!!

You've got to let the guys know all the steps you're taking to do the middle two options so they know what you're doing and if you're doing anything wrong or if the site is having problems.

Are you actually talking about the name that appears just underneath the banner on your profile page, or your username? I know that changing your username (and therefore your URL) is not yet an option.

And please don't assume these guys aren't working day in and day out to solve all these problems. I think they're doing a wonderful job and work tirelessly to fix bugs - they are in the office at 4am in the morning (and I know this because I start work when it is 4am in HK and I can see them in here) and the number of bugs they have managed to fix is amazing. They admitted when this site was relaunched with all the new features, that the programme used for this site, or something like that, was new to most, if not all, the staff, so please give them some credit.

As for adding pics, I've so far uploaded hundreds of photos on both Firefox and IE and have only had problems once or twice - I can upload 20 photos at one time without problems.

Ya, uploading pictures has been a little problematic lately because of a recently feature. It's getting fixed.
