I've been watching tennis now, for all of 2 weeks. I saw Rafa in a commercial for the French OPen, and I was struck dumb.
If someone had said 6 weeks ago, that I'd be watching tennis and actually rooting for someone, I'd have said they were f***ing crazy. Now I'm shopping for a Babolat raquet and bag, and have his equipment list bookmarked. It's okay,  I think the execise will be good for me. And I might meet a decent dude that way. Who knows.
I still can't believe that I have the Tennis channel in my rotation, and for the next 2 weeks have added all the Wimbledon channels.

I just received a letter stating that I was awarded a scholarship for next semester. It was hard won, but covers everything! Yeah me!

I bought rechargeable batteries. What a thing to feel happy about. Whoop de doo.

I agree, but my mum thinks that he should get himself some better undies...I don't care I could watch him pick out his wedgie all day...he's got a nice arse so why not? I would love to wake up to someone as hot as him everyday!!! *sigh*

What's makin' me happy today?  Well, I've had my daily fix of gazing at bare-chested men thanks to Wu and A Friend!  

I was very nearly biting my nails at work, today. Rafa's match came on at 8 a.m., my time, but I had to be at stupid work. I don't know why I'm not fired yet. Anyhoo, a young fellow who works with me like Rafa too. More to needle his buddy, who doesn't care for him. But, first kid goes to lunch and checked his VCast sports scores, and reported all was well for Rafa. So, I'm watching it now, in replay, on the Tennis Channel.
But at least he won. He lost his first set, then took the next three.

Maybe we should just change the name of the thread to: All Rafa, All the time . . .

He won his second round. There have been a lot of giant-killers, this Wimbledon. But our fair Rafa continues, and just gets stronger. Oh yeah!


And, my personal favorite. He looks like such a sweet boy/man.

I would love to wake up with him, just like A Friend, and smooth those beautiful brows. I'd be like "Lenny and Squiggy," gnawing on my palm all the freaking time. . . .And then. . . . Never mind.
