If we enter a message that doesn't meet the minimum number of characters, it gives us an error message.
In that message, it says to "Click here to go back to previous page" (or something like that).
The screen is DONE and it doesn't go anywhere unless member clicks on that message.
Member selects "go back to previous page" and we're brought back to the message we had typed so we can enter more characters.
When the message is revised and we select "post reply", nothing happens.
