This is a question for the cool cats, average-joe, casual drinkers out there.  Conroy seems like the man to fit the description here so I'll post it here if he doesn't mind.

I totally suck at 15/20.  In fact, I don't even get this game.  
My only alternatives are dice games like liar dice and lucky dice which I'm actually pretty good at.  
Do you have any recommendations for drinking games?

Generally I fall asleep after 5 drops of alcohol.Thus my drinking game is ----sleeping.
I rarely have drinks so I have no voice in this topic,though I'm the 1st one here

I like playing "I have never" you get to discover many secrets in one single night lol

there are a lot...don't know if I have any names of them but some are quite complicated...

Shock!  ~ This one is fun but loud....has the basic idea of an electrcity shock...(you'll need at least 10 or more people to sit in a circle) ~ one person starts by raising two hands and throwing the 'shock' acros the circle at someone....the person who receives the 'shock' must raise too hands and yell (AHHH) while the two people he/she is sitting next to be must do the same...the receiver yells (SHOCK!) to throw the 'shock' at someone else in the same manner...and it goes on and on.  If the receive throws the 'shock' into the air instead of at someone else...EVERYONE must yell and throw their hands up......kind of in a spirit finger fashion (seen Bring It On?)

Varations I've seen are the Viking game...which is the same thing except the two people beside the receiver have to pretend they're rowing a boat and grunt really loud as opposed to putting their hands up and yelling.
~ hope that makes sense....oh yea and the drinking part - whoever doesn't do what they're supposed to do must drink a shot....then you start over...the person who drinks starts with the 'shock'
There's also a song that goes before you start the game but it's in Korean and I don't remember it....

Another game~~Baskin Robbins- 31!
Again people need to be in a circle ~ someone starts with the number 1.  Basically you go around and the person who lands on 31 has to drink a shot but the rules are that everyone can say up to 3 numbers...so I can say 20, 21, 22.  BUT you can only say less numbers than the person before you.  So if the person before me says 20, 21.  I can't say up to three numbers, or two numbers...only one (I an only say 22).  Hope that made sense....# 31 drinks and sometimes we play up to 51 and they do a love-shot (which is basically the wedding...feeding each other thing with interwining arms...)

There are other ones but they require a lot of coordination....hope these are fun if you get the chance to  try them!  =]
