RESOLVED: can not creat photo album

when i want to creat an album it show me this error:

<<You've reached the maximum limit of filesize space for your profile. You may not upload additional files at this time.>>


but this is false i did not uploud many photos to reached the maximum limit of filesize.

i even can not delet a photo coz of this error...

plz help me
