I might as well ask a question or two myself.  Here is mine:

I read that you will be acting as the Monkey King in "The Forbidden Kingdom" with Jackie Chan.  As it was reported, your character, "Silent Monk" fights using a type of Monkey Style.  I was curious what preparations you did to develop this character's fighting style, if you have much experience with Monkey Style (did Yu ShaoWen teach you some moves while you were on the Beijing Wushu Team?) or what differences this character's fighting style has from traditional/classical Monkey Style kung fu.

3) And how he copes with life problems, when things go bad, how he steps up and goes on. Like i have a bad year, and i have to do all y examens again. I know i can do it, but the sadness stands in the way. I wanne know what he uses, or what he thinks of to go further. Not just buddhisme helps me answer, a little further. This is the most important question for me

Hi JET!!

I remember you saying once that as soon as you're done with a film, you immediately forget the role you played, and start concentrating on the next one. Putting the bigger-than-life good guy to rest, and getting into the mode of an evil assassin would be very difficult for some of us.

So my question is, after spending so much time perfecting the persona of a character, is it really easy to seperate from it and never look back, and do you have any tips for doing this?

Question  one:  通常都是观众、影迷对自己所喜爱的影人有很多期待，甚至很多要求。那么您对观众们和现代青年有何期待或要求呢？

Question  tow: 现在民间有自发的影迷会，来支持一基金。为何现在还没有中国官方的影迷协会？有什么标准？

Question  three:两年前我开始接触佛教，并认识了一位青海僧人，看了一些推荐的书籍，对佛理产生了和楼上jetliang一样的疑问，有些和自然科学也产生了矛盾。我想问您如何看待杰迷和佛学人士之间的交流？如果疑问太多可以从禅宗开始看起吗？

   另外，想请您回答jetliang提出的第二个问题，我也很想了解，现代青年人已经很少有使命感和责任感，有的大学生生活懒散，毫无志向。

You've said that as you travel around the world, everyone has a favorite movie of yours.  Two of my top five are KOD and Unleashed, the common denominator of which are you and Luc Besson.  I think you two make a great creative team---there's just something unique about each of those stories which resonates each time I play them.  I think that the two of "get" the point---it's the stories that make us care.  

I'd like to see you two get together again and create a new character in another western setting.  Any plans to do that?

I love expensive action movies as much as the next guy (or gal) but I just think that there is an obscene amount of money invested in so many big budget flops.  I'm also sure you and other stars like the salaries paid for your services when working on bigger budget films.  Do you ever think about doing lower budget indie type films?  I've heard about Monk in NY for so long now.  That story seems like it could be made on a manageable budget, as long as it's a good story.  

Any thoughts about doing lower budget movies in order to deal with issues which aren't "blockbuster" material?

杰你作为一位最初以中国传统文化著称于世的名人，你对这样的现象有什么看法，或者说，你是否想过要对这种情况做些什么事吗？如果我有一些这方面的想法或者计划，你是否愿意关注甚至参与呢？

2. 杰你知道吗，我们这些杰迷一直都很支持你，无论何事，而且直到永远。
那在你心中，杰迷意味着什么？我们这些杰迷曾给你留下哪些难忘的回忆？你走过了这么长的路，杰迷们可曾在什么时候成为你最主要的前行动力呢？你是否愿意来参加杰迷的聚会呢？——当然，前提是你有时间。

I asked this question long ago and people said you've been asked before, but here it comes again....

I don't know the market worldwide, but in the USA people are really fitness nuts and are always looking for something new to do.  Well many of us have tried Tai Chi.  I was inspired by YOU.  Your movements are so fluid, so beautiful, so powerful.   

I'm not the only person here who watches your forms work over and over.  And that work has been filmed in such beautiful locations in China.  

I know you don't consider yourself a true Tai Chi Master but so what?  Would you consider doing a China travelogue/tai chi or other exercise video?  You could make loads of money for the One Foundation, introduce western folks to a great form of exercise (creating more commonalties between East and West), convey something about your Buddhist beliefs, and get on the Oprah Winfrey Show!  Northing wrong with sell, sell, sell baby!

Low budget, high return (financially and spiritually).   

That's my third question, and now signing out... I see Narom creeping up behind me!!!

P.S.  This is not a question it's a statement.  The One Foundation should also sell that necklace from the movie "The One" - people ask about it all the time.

1- Why are doubled so heavly for kicks and such in your movies?
2- Are you planning to make a sequel to Hitman or Danny The Dog?
3-Would you like to make a Chinese gunplay movie with John Woo?  Like a similar movie like A Better Tomorrow. It has good story, acting, shootouts, heroic charachters, brotherhood, music and slow-motion.
I sure hope you can make a movie like that in the future.
