wow...that caught me by surprise.
i'm a little drunk right now but yeah...i've seen her in "Dragon Boys" and it was pretty good.
in fact, i've been encouraging Mr. Andrew Ooi, the producer of "Dragon Boys", to work on getting this released on DVD in Hong Kong and he is already working on that as we speak.  i've talked to my associates in Hong Kong about it and so far, they have doubts about it even being noticed by ppl in HK.  but yes, i think despite the fact that it's a triad versus cops tv-movie, the whole overseas canadian aspect of it is fresh and should gather interest to some people.  besides, this is the first non-asian production that Eric Tsang is in.  more reason to gain interest from HK ppl.

yeah, i caught dragon boys on tv too. felt the same, it was pretty good. i think it would have made a much bigger bang if it had aired on another channel though. i think if not for government subsidies, cbc would be long gone due to low viewership.

CBC still has a good fair share of viewers.

yeah, but that's seasonal, and only on once a week. i'm not a hockey fan, but the enthusiasm here for hockey seems to have died down quite a bit ever since the lockout.

despite being canadian-born myself, i hate hockey.  hahaha!
